We as designers and Bond Yachts sign our names to the above statement by saying :
“....we called our “The New Trimaran” or TNT on purpose .This will be new exploding and exciting trimran to be
harnessed by experienced sailor yet still friendly for family. The new folding system pivot/sliding allows an extra beam for
up to 8.5 m or 28 feet .This extra beam which is the widest than any other similar sized trimaran in return allows to carry
extra sails up to 20 % more than comparable trimaran. This is where TNT will excel whether in fast cruising or racing
.Simply put it extra beam means extra sails and that means more speed”
TNT 34 employs a new folding system of sliding and pivot and is subject to a patent. As any folding
system requires some preparations or unbolting before folding or unfolding takes place .
After that using cockpit winches the folding or unfolding could be done in less than a minute .The
raising mast system allows the 15 m(50 ft )mast to be lowered in minutes and be one of the largest
trailerable boat in the world without the need of dissembly of the floats and beams.
TNT 34 offers the largest cocpit and roomy interior in its class with daggerboard that can be raised to
make the boat beachable.
The base boat price includes following:
-Patented sliding/pivot folding system
-Mast raising system and two 4 leg supports with rollers
-Daggerboard with raising blocks for any height adjustment
-Aluminium rotating mast with all stays including running backstays and 3 halyards and
controls to cockpit
-4 Andersen winches (or equivalent ) ,two of them ST and 6 stopers by Antal
-Aluminium bowsprit with all required hardware for folding
-Jib Facnor Furler that allows ss wire to provide high tension stay
-Traveler with 4:1 control by Antal
-Dual rudder system for safety and better leeway control
-Engine bracket up to 25 hp
-V berth hatch and main cabin hatch plus two ports plus anchor locker
- Electrical panel with 12 outlet and battery meter and switch,navigational lights
-6 LED lights mounted on ceiling bow arch,head and V-berths LED lights
