½ Side of Beef and Campfire Cooker
This is an auction item that will definitely meet your family’s needs! Who wouldn’t want this? This donation of a side of beef has been
generously donated, not by an adult, but by children from Our Lady’s
school at ICCS. The Schertz girls: Taylor, Payton, Skylor and Stratton,
have been showing their steers for several years and have won various
awards and shows at the county and state level. Just this year, Taylor
had the Champion Angus steer at the Fort Worth Stock Show. Payton
placed 4th with her Angus steer and Skylor won 1st place with her Lt.
Polled Hereford! This donated steer is from their Champion pen of
cattle. This steer weighs approximately 1250 lbs. A 1/2 side of beef
yielded from this steer will be about 450 lbs. He qualifies for all-natural
beef, because he is hormone and antibiotic free. Also, Fischer’s Meat
Market has donated the processing fee! The amazing Campfire Cooker, was made especially for the ICCS auction. It is a remarkable work of craftsmanship. This will be a GREAT purchase,
let’s hear SOLD and you can be the winner of this auction bid.

Fund-A-Project
This year’s Fund-A-Project will help keep our kids working with the
latest cutting edge technology. We have kept the best for last, and
we’ve kept it a secret. Stay tuned for more information. There is still
plenty of time to help our Lady’s School.
Letter from the Captain
Thank you for attending our 19th Annual Auction!!
We are so thrilled to be able to come together as a
Catholic community for fun and fellowship as we work
toward the formation of our children in faith and
academic excellence for a bright future.
Our Lady’s School continues to be a miracle, beginning
with only 74 students and growing to its present
enrollment of 250 students ages three through grade
eight. In a very short time, Immaculate Conception
Catholic School has established itself as a school of
academic excellence, with a values-based focus which
is geared to the development of the whole child, as
we prepare citizens who will make a difference in the
world of tomorrow.
Your generosity and continued support provides the
resources necessary to provide a Christ-centered,
quality Catholic education for each child today,
tomorrow and for years to come.”
Through the grace of God and through the intercession
of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, this miracle
of a school will continue in grace and growth. May
God bless you for placing your heart and hands to the
task. Thank You!!!
