Owning your Own
Can I... What if... Is there?...
Can my friends and family visit me?
Yes - of course. As an Owner you’ll receive 8 Privilege
Cards which entitle you, your family and friends to use all
the facilities on Park. Extra passes can also be purchased
from the Owners’ team.
Can I choose the location of my Holiday Home?
Yes, you’ll have a choice of the pitch locations which are
available when you buy your Holiday Home.+
Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are welcome at Fallbarrow although we reserve the
right to refuse certain breeds. If your dog stays in your
Holiday Home it will affect the letting grade should you
decide to sublet with us.
Can I let my Holiday Home to help offset my
running costs?
Yes, we offer an EasyLet Scheme. Letting your Holiday
Home is a great way to earn extra income to help offset
some of your running costs, letting us do all the hard
work for you! We also offer the Income Promise scheme,
where the amount of income is confirmed prior to the
start of the letting period and can either be used towards
the cost of your Holiday Home purchase or held as credit
towards the following year’s Pitch fees. We also provide
additional benefits such as inventory replacements and
free carpet and upholstery cleans.

when they visit the Park...
• We are the largest Holiday Park company in the UK with 48 Parks
As with any Holiday Home there are running costs.
These include Pitch fees, local rates, insurance, gas and electricity.
• There are over 17,000 Owners within the Park
Resorts family, people just like you who love the lifestyle we provide.
Can I live in my Holiday Home?
• We listen to what our Owners tell us and invest
millions into our Park facilities and teams to
ensure we fulfill your every need.
Park Resorts Parks are not residential Parks which
means you can’t live in your Holiday Home all year
round. However, you may occupy your Holiday Home
all year round, within your specified holiday season and
pitch agreement, which gives you plenty of time to plan
lots of holidays and lots of short breaks, whenever you
choose, but you must have a permanent residential
address elsewhere.

What is the NCC?
The main principles of the code are to:

interests of the caravanning industry (including Tourers,
Motorhomes and Static Caravans). It works with its
members to ensure that all Parks within the caravan
industry deliver the highest quality.

required by law
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer satisfaction for continuous
improvement
The NCC launched the “Approved Holiday Park - Holiday
Home Ownership Scheme” to champion the rights of
Holiday Home Owners and those looking to buy in the
future. A Consumer Code of Practice lies at the heart
of the scheme. Park Resorts have been independently
assessed to confirm we comply.

What additional costs are there on top of
purchasing our Holiday Home?
Can I let my Holiday Home out privately?
We understand that you might want to let your Holiday
Home out yourself or even just to friends and family. If
you have purchased a Lodge Holiday Home then this is
permitted. Unfortunately we do not allow private letting
of Caravan Holiday Homes at Fallbarrow Park.
(Admin and key handling charges apply.)

Choose the way to pay that suits you...
We are all about flexibility at Fallbarrow which is why we have a range of purchase methods. This means that
you can choose the best payment method to suit you & your family. Some of our customers use their savings to
purchase but some take advantage of the finance option that we offer.
Deposit
Holiday Home Finance Option Available
A small deposit (at least 10%) will be required
to complete the purchase of your new Caravan
Holiday Home and preferred Pitch. Moving in is
