The S4/S6 (C4) Reborn 1992-1997 (also Audi 100)
THE HISTORY At the urging of many enthusiastic owners of older S4/S6 left and right side is made. A new optional under spoiler is also available and is
cars, LLtek, through its design studio, has created a special “easy-to-install”
lower fascia specifically for the North American S4/S6 and Audi 100. European
styling parts for these cars cannot fit on the North American version of the Audi
car. However, it will be possible to fit these new fascias on the European car with
minor modification. In addition to great looks, which truly breathes new life into
this classic S4/S6 and 100 car the fascia vastly improves internal air flow.
Several powerful extra lighting options are now available.
THE INSTALL Installation is totally simplified. When ordered prepainted the
entire install process will take about one hour (plus glue curing time). A simple
quick and easy modification of the existing front bumper must be made to
install the new part. After removing the 3 lower grills, the 7 center supports
must be cut at the top of each support. Then a final cut under the bumper on the
easily DIY if desired. Note: The part that is cut out of the front bumper can be reinstalled, therefore reversing the entire procedure.
MESH, GRILL, LIGHTING Your lower grill mesh is the traditional tight pattern first found on the race inspired Audi RS2. This style of mesh is compatible
with the upper Kamei sports grill which is available for the S4, S6 and 100 and
A6. When you order your lower fascia painted, LLtek paints, preforms and
installs your mesh as an option. If you order lower HID driving lights or the new
5th generation halogen driving lights, or 5th generation fogs, LLTEK pre-installs
the lights at no cost when the paint option is chosen.

AIRFLOW TEST RESULTS
A measured volume flow test was conducted to compare the OEM corner air intake
flow to the new corner intake on TYPE UFLS.C4 installed with a 3.5 light. Because
the new corner intake on TYPE UFLS.C4 is larger than the OEM intake and because
the new intake has no cross slats, the measured airflow with light is greater than
the OEM setup. Therefore, air to the side intercooler or side oil cooler (where applicable) is not hindered. Still LLTEK will offer its three lighting options with three different support positions. Position 1 (default position) is lights at outer corners.
Position 2 is at the inside corner in outer air intakes. Position 3 is lights in center air
intake at outer corners. Specify position at time of order.
