been able to provide experiences that enrich the lives of
both residents and tourists. We also share gratitude and
appreciation with Elizabeth Perez, who over the years has
helped us unite with the many managers who are part of

Auction Rules & Procedures
1. When bidding on the live auction items, bidder must
raise their bidding number high enough to attract the
attention of the auctioneer or the audience spotters.
Each winning bid legally obligates the bidder to pay
the bid in full. The bid is deemed the highest bid
when the auctioneer acknowledges the item “SOLD”
to the highest bidder.
2. Silent Auction bidding sheets are placed by each
auction item. Bidder is to record the bid amount
and their bidder number. Item is awarded to highest
bidder at scheduled closing time. Bidding must follow
the rules of opening bid amount and the incremental
bidding listed on each item. Only correct bids will be
honored.
3. Silent Auction closes at 7:45 p.m. The winning bids
will be tabulated and recorded on the “Silent Auction
Winning Bids” poster located in the outer lobby.

Checkout will begin at 9:30 p.m.
4. Actors’ Playhouse will not assume responsibility or
liability for any “Restrictions” listed by donors on
donated items.
5. Unless otherwise specified, certificates are good
only for one (1) full year from the date of the auction.
Please, note that you will be bound to the restrictions
listed herein. Actors’ Playhouse accepts these gifts in
good faith and offers them with the understanding
that Actors’ Playhouse is not responsible for
certificates from donors who may go out of business.
6. Payment by the successful bidder may be made
anytime after checkout begins at 9:30 p.m. Payment
must be made with cash, check, or credit card:

Checks (ID is required) should be made payable to:
ACTORS’ PLAYHOUSE. Payment in full is mandatory
at the end of the auction evening on April 16, 2016.
7. Please, be sure you’re in receipt of correct certificates

checkout. Actors’ Playhouse will not be responsible
for items or certificates not claimed prior to
leaving the theatre after the evening without prior
