M&E, architecture and IT facilities solution provider for Computer/Server Data
Centre Projects.
PA VISION SDN. BHD. is a private limited company established and
structured in-line with the government’s vision to develop Malaysia to become a
developed nation in the year 2020 through MSC and industrialization.
PA VISION SDN BHD is managed and staffed by a team of competent,
qualified and an experience engineer who has tremendous experience to
provide the highest quality of engineering, design and build expertise in data
centre projects. With the actual past experience we are able to design and
construct facility infrastructure for data centers capable to achieve 99.671%
availability for TIER 2 to highest availability of 99.995% to TIER 4 according
to international standard TIA942 and Uptime Institute.
Our core business is the construction of highly reliable and adaptive turnkey
computer rooms and data centers for IT centric corporations. Our scope of
expertise includes consulting, proposing of interior design layout, specifying of
main equipment, designing of M&E services, implementing of networking
services, project management and eventually outsourcing for maintenance
services. In addition our products has undergone stringent test by Underwriters
Laboratories Inc; thus ensuring the best quality and safety of our customers.

Born on October 12, 1963, in Perak. After graduated from the University of Malaya,
in Mechanical Engineering and with honours standing in 1998, he started his career
with Dunham-Bush Sdn Bhd as Mechanical Engineer.
Throughout his working career he has been in the forefront of engineering field where
he is much sought after his expertise. He has served in reputable companies such as
M&C Engineering & Trading, Shinryo (M) Sdn Bhd and GAE Technical Services
Sdn Bhd.
He was previously Mechanical Design Manager in Putrajaya Holding, who was in
charged of technical aspects of all mechanical system for government office buildings
in Putrajaya, before decided to venture in to the business world as a businessman in
2004.
With his over 20 years experience and knowledge, Eric Chang is a very competent
and reliable engineer who has exposure in various fields of Engineering and ICT.

design process, equipments required, server migration and more.
Prior to establishing his career profile, he has been working in various mega projects
which involved government and private sectors. Some of his happy clients include
LHDN, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, PJ Eight, Holiday Inn Glenmarie and
many more.
He currently holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and active corporate member of
the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.

1994. He started his career with Hume Cemboard Sdn Bhd as Project Engineer.
Throughout his working career he has been in the forefront of engineering field where
he is much sought after his expertise. He has served in reputable companies such as
Sukiada Engineering Sdn Bhd, 3M (M) Sdn Bhd and Pyrogen Manufacturing Sdn
Bhd.
He was previously Sales Manager in Pyrogen Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, who was in
charged of local and overseas market for Pyrogen range of fire suppression products..
With his over 16 years experience, he is professional marketing man with great
knowledge in Engineering.
