the past 12 consecutive years.
With over 100,000 square feet of fabrication space and fadties in Green
Bay, Wisconsin, Wisconsin Rapids,
Wisconsin and Menominee, Midugan,
Tweet /Garot serves the needs of business clients in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, the Midwest and other various
locations throughout the United States.
The company has three main divisions
whch include Commercial (WAC &
Plumbing), Industrial, and Field Service. A strong union affiliation d o w s

as necessary to meet the needs of large
applications and non-local job sites.

The Commercial &vision is focused
on the healthcare, education, government, and gaming industries as well as

DesignIBuild project allows for

for the complete design and installation of the entire mechanical system.
Tweet / Garot offers in-house AutoCAD
drafting and 3D coordination drawings, which are more in demand from
both contractors and end user clients.
Several recent Tweet / Garot projects
have required 3D drawings and simulated 3D visual renderings. Recent
commercial projects include the Aylward Surgery Center at Theda Clark
Medical Center, Luxemburg / Casco

Constant improvement is a
main theme at Tweet / Garot. In the
last few years, TweetIGarot
applied Lean Construction principles in the field at job sites and in
its fabrication facilities and offices.
Lean Construction concepts were
used in building a large medical
clinic in Shawano, WI which
resulted in reduction of the construction schedule by months,
aided in budgeting forecast and
lower final cost to owner, and provided better coordination with
other trades. All of the company's
offices and fabrication shops have
used Lean concepts to eliminate
waste and increase production.
Other improvement programs
have been designed and implemented for pre and post job planning, estimating and project management.
Tweet/Garot has been a member of AGC for 12 years. This relationship has been a wonderful
association providing the company with education, knowledge,
and member networking. The
seminars on safety, legal, and tax
issues have been very fruitful to
