SciGirls, a new PBS KIDS series and website targeting tween girls, showcases bright, curious real
girls putting science, technology, engineering and math to work. Each SciGirls episode follows a
different group of girls and their mentor as they use science and engineering to do something
amazing. SciGirls is hosted by Izzie, an animated character, who is fascinated by science and
learns something new from the real girls in every episode.
SciGirls is already reaching millions of girls on TV, online, and in communities across the nation.
