the conflict with RSNC Finals. Unanimously passed.

QUESTIONS?
RMTPA JOINS FORCES WITH
CoHoCo
Did you know that RMTPA is a Member Organization of The Colorado Horse Council (CHC)?
This entitles RMTPA Members a special Affiliation in CHC at a special rate. (See below).
CHC is a Non-Profit Organization that has been in existence in Colorado since the 1970's. Its vision is to unite Colorado’s horse owners and horse industry into a powerful, cohesive voice in order to protect the common equine interest
through legislation, education and promotion.
The Rocky Mountain Horse Expo brings people together from the horse world for an exciting three-day event to:
 Promote the industry
 Educate horsemen and horsewomen
 Inform about legislative and industry advances
 Entertain everyone with a heart for horses
And above all - enjoy our horses!
The Colorado Horse Council produces the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo for the benefit of the industry and its enthusiasts.
This year the EXPO will be held on March 12, 13, and 14th.
CHC has asked RMTPA to provide a Team Penning Demonstration as part of its Friday and Saturday night performances entitled THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN MANE EVENT. For more information on the EXPO go to
www.rockymountainhorseexpo.com
RMTPA encourages all of its members to support CHC’s efforts to protect our horse industry by becoming members of
CHC as well.
Individual Membership to CHC costs $50.00 and Family Membership costs $95.00. Both include
$1 Million Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance. There is also a Ranch Membership for $45.00.
For any RMTPA Members who do NOT want the $1 million Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance, CHC is offering a special Affiliation at a special price of $20.00.
Just like the regular Memberships, this special affiliation provides many benefits and promotions. One of the biggest
promotions is two tickets for the Rocky Mountain Horse Expo, along with electronic emails and news letters.
To take advantage of this special Affiliation, RMTPA Members must send their check for $20.00 made payable to CHC
to Kathy Coulson as RMTPA Treasurer, at 2165 14th Street SE, Loveland, CO 80537. Kathy will then submit their CoHoCo Affiliation Application to CHC with proof of RMTPA membership.
For more information on the benefits to CHC Members, got to the CHC website or the RMTPA website.
For more information on CHC go to www.coloradohorsecouncil.com

To give our members an opportunity ride at RSNC
final we have moved the July 4th show to July
17th-18th to Estes Park.
Horses Take Center Spotlight at “Mane Event”
Friday and Saturday evenings during Rocky Mountain Horse Expo in Denver Love to cheer for a show-off? Friday and Saturday evenings during the
Rocky Mountain Horse Expo in Denver, March 12-14, 2010, the “Mane
Event” puts the spotlight on horses doing exactly that: reining, racing,
piaffes and playing. Reining freestyle champions will slide, spin and stop,
and team penners will move cows with style and finesse. Vaulters will
leap, dressage champions will dance, and draft horses will chase each
other—and their sleds—in thundering gallops. Ardent for Appaloosas or
avid for Arabians? Curious about Cobs? A fan of Fjords? The Mane Event
includes an alphabet of breeds, disciplines and talents, showcasing horses
at the top of their form.
The Rocky Mountain Mane Event is for everyone: families with children,
horse lovers, and folks looking for a high-value evening, with music and
fun included.
Tickets for the Mane Event are only $10 per person and are available at
www.RockyMountainHorseExpo.com or by calling (303) 292-4981. The
Rocky Mountain Horse Expo is produced by the Colorado Horse Council,
representing Colorado’s horse interests, regardless of breed or discipline
affiliation.
