Volunteer Opportunities
Rider Participation
Various volunteer opportunities exist in support of the Double H Ranch
to help make the Camp
Challenge Ride a true success.
Registration Volunteers - Greet and register participants at the start
and finish of the ride.
Motocrew - Motorcycle on-road safety team, providing support
throughout the route. Facilitate assistance from other crew/emergency
services and communication.
Support and Gear (SAG) - Rider support and transport team. Pick up
bike and rider if unable to complete the ride (non-emergency only) to
transport to nearest rest area or end of route. Function as sweep vehicle
staying with last rider on route.
Bike Techs (support) - Function as technical experts to asses and
repair bikes.
Intersection Volunteers - Direct riders at main intersections throughout
the routes.
Food Services - Assist with breakfast set up and monitor supplies for
restocking. Assist with set up for BBQ celebration and help with clean up.
Rest Stop - Set up and break down of rest stops. Distribute water and
supplies to riders.
Clean Up - Ensure the Ranch grounds, rest stops and all route signage
is cleaned up.

Ride through the beautiful Adirondacks with 100% of proceeds
benefiting the campers of the Double H. Participants can choose from a
15 Mile, 30 Mile or Metric Century (62 Mile) ride.
Once registered through Team Hole in the Wall, participants will receive
their own personal fundraising webpage, training tips, online discussion
groups and training blogs. Each rider will also receive Team apparel.
The day will begin with a pre-ride breakfast and end with a post-ride
BBQ all at the Double H Ranch.
Registration fee to participate is $25 per rider and all participants
are required to commit to an additional $250 fundraising goal. Family and
friends are welcome to cheer riders on and attend the post-ride BBQ
celebration for an additional $10 per person.
Start Times - (registration begins 45 minutes prior to start time)
Metric Century (62 Mile) - 8:30am
30 Mile - 10:00am
15 Mile - 10:00am
Post-ride BBQ begins at 1:00pm
