General Pricing and Invitation Information
Pocketfolds
- Pricing is all inclusive (includes custom design, proofing, all printing & assembly)
- Included in price:
- Pocketfold in color/style of your choice
- 5x7 pocket on the side or bottom, 6x6 pocket on the side, etc.
- Invitation panel with printing and cardstock backing layer
- 4 Insert cards front side printing only
- Most commonly used Response, Reception, Accommodations, & Directions
- White/Ivory response envelope with return name & address printed on front of envelope
- Monogram tag with cardstock backing layer and belly band of satin ribbon
- White/Ivory mailing envelope with two line return address printing on back flap
- Prices start at $7.50 each for all matte (non-metallic) pocketfold invitation
- Increase $0.50 in price with each use of metallic pockets or cardstock; increase $0.50 each for the
use of a crystal rhinestone; increase $1.00 each for satin ribbon corners; increase $1.00 each for

Panel Pocketfolds

Passport to Paradise Invitations
- Pricing is all inclusive (includes custom design, proofing, all printing & assembly)

- Cardstock cover in your choice of cardstock with rounded corners on the right hand edges
- White/ivory paper inside pages
- Includes 1 folded page, that provides 4 surfaces for printing
- 3/8” satin ribbon knot to tie around and in a knot on side Satin ribbon or silver cording to be tied
around the insert pages in a bow/knot
- Response set to include:
- Response card and white/ivory response envelope with return name & address printed on front
of envelope
- Coordinating 7/8” satin ribbon to hold response set on inside back cover
- White/Ivory mailing envelope with two line return address printing on back flap
- Prices start at $7.00 each for all matte (non-metallic) passport invitation
- Increase $0.50 in price with each use of metallic cardstock/insert pages; increase $1.00 each for a

Guest Address Printing & Inner/Outer Envelope Sets
- Guests’ name and address machine printed on front of mailing envelope in coordinating color and
font(s): $1.00 each
- Inner and outer envelope sets: $0.50 extra per set
General Information
• There is no change in price based on quantity, and you can order any number of invitations you
require, even if it isn’t a multiple of 25!
• Additional invitations can be made for you at a later date (after the original order is complete) for
the same cost as your original order. Additional fees may apply.
• Text fonts, colors and wordings can all be changed to fit your needs.
• All text is heat set, machine printed and is not raised (thermography).
• Cardstock used is 80-110lb and has a matte finish (unless otherwise noted).
• Once your order is finalized, a signed proposal and 30% deposit is required.
• A final proof of your invitation and all additional items will be emailed to you for your approval. Any
changes made after proof approval are subject to an additional fee.
• We do not provide actual samples of your invitation or other stationery prior to the delivery of your full
order. Single samples are time and labor consuming and also, since they have to be hand cut and
singly printed, would not have the same quality as your final product. We hope by providing samples
of our previous work, or by you meeting with us in person at our studio and by providing swatches of
all stock used, you will have a level of comfort with our stationery designs. You will, however, receive
electronic copies of your design and final proofs via emailed .pdf files.
All of the samples shown above in the photos are just examples of our
work. Since everything we do is custom, you can change colors, fonts,
designs and more! Just ask!

If you are local to Annapolis, Maryland, Allison Barnhill Designs would be pleased to schedule
an initial appointment with you to discuss your wedding stationery. At this initial meeting, you
will have the opportunity to discuss your wedding in detail, see samples of our couture
creations, pick colors, cardstock, fonts and ask any questions you may have. Each client and
each wedding is unique, so at this meeting we like to get a good feel of your vision for the big
day, so we can reflect it in our designs for you. Appointments are typically scheduled Tues-Fri
from 9am to 3pm and select Saturdays each month.
