do in central Iowa. We provide this guide for those who
search for entertainment, dining, nightlife, sports and outdoor
recreation opportunities in the metro. Look inside for extensive
listings on events, restaurants, bars and even seating charts at
your favorite arenas and stadiums.
The Annual Manual is inserted into Cityview at more than 700 locations across the metro. We distribute 10,000 additional copies
at more than 100 key locations as well. The guide has been used
to accommodate guests at weddings, attendees at conventions
and even those attending high school reunions. It has also been
a helpful tool for newcomers to the area. Sure you can find most

owa may be home to changing seasons — which
often come with extreme weather but that doesn’t
stop residents and visitors from finding ways to enjoy
the outdoors rain, snow or shine. In the winter, the metro
offers ice skating, ice fishing, skiing, snowboarding and
snowshoeing along miles of recreation trails, rolling hills
and acres of natural timbre. In the warmer months, you
can utilize a dozen campgrounds, fishing/hunting areas,
beaches and more than 50 city parks, as well as a zoo, hot
air balloon rides and sky diving.

Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) for cyclists, Iowa’s
Distance Classic, the Dam to Dam run — which
is the nation’s largest 20K race — and the famous Hy-Vee
Triathlon, there is no question Iowa draws active athletes to the
