One entry per child
Entries must be received no later than close of business, October 2, 2012 Entries must include name and age on front side and competed signed parent release on the back to qualify. (if you download just include
both sheets paper clipped together)
You can use crayons, colored pencils, markers, glitter or anything you like you are only limited by your imagination. Whatever you do, just have FUN!
