MIRACULOUS
Marinette is the sweetest girl in Paris. With a big crush on a boy at school, a big dream of
becoming a fashion designer, and a big problem with being totally awkward, she's just your
average teenage girl, right? Did we mention she's also the crime fighting superhero, Ladybug?
Becoming Ladybug is a complicated process! First, Marinette needs a "Kwami," which is a
tiny magical assistant (hers is named Tikki). She also needs a "Miraculous," which is a
magical accessory (hers is a pair of earrings). Tikki uses the Miraculous to transform
Marinette. But her Ladybug super powers only work for a limited time!
When Hawk Moth uses his mind-controlling, moth-like creatures called akuma to turn people
into baddies, it's up to Ladybug to capture them and save the day! Well, she gets a little help
from her superhero friend, Cat Noir… but she insists she doesn't need him. If only she knew
Cat Noir's true identity – her crush, Adrien! Will Ladybug and Cat Noir be able to balance
their double lives and keep Paris safe?
Will they ever find out each other's true identity, or who's behind Hawk Moth's mask? Until
then – there's a whole city of baddies to defeat… SPOTS ON, CLAWS OUT!

DEVOLUTION
Every living creature on Earth has been devolved - the evolutionary clock turned back,
reverting all life to odd mutations and prehistoric incarnations. The cities of man are little
more than bloody territories ruthlessly dominated by tribal Neanderthals ruling from the backs
of mammoths, packs of saber-toothed tigers, and giant man-eating insects. Raja, one of the
few remaining "Still Sapien" humans, heads to San Francisco to find the antidote for the
world-changing DVO-8 viral agent. But to cross the wasteland, she'll have to convince the
last pocket of humanity to join her quest... and survive the Nazi hillbillies that rule them
through fear!

Wayshak!

DIRTY DUCK
Bobby London's legendary career as an underground cartoonist has spanned decades. London
created his most enduring character, the outrageous and irrepressible Dirty Duck in 1971. He
was a founding member of the infamous Air Pirates, and produced strips for National
Lampoon during the heyday of that massively influential magazine. After departing the
Lampoon, the cigar-chomping Dirty Duck and his creator found a home at Playboy magazine.
He wrote and drew the syndicated Popeye newspaper strip for six years until a major
controversy ended his tenure on Segar’s sailor.
This oversized volume will collect nearly all of London’s influential Dirty Duck strips, from
Air Pirates Funnies, National Lampoon, Playboy and other publications. Many of the strips
have been scanned from the original art in the artist’s vast personal archives, including rare
and unpublished preliminary drawings. A contemporary of Gilbert Shelton, R. Crumb and the
ZAP crew, London’s legacy is a major piece of history in the great American art form. In
1978 London was awarded the prestigious Yellow Kid Award for best writer/artist at the
Lucca Comics Festival for his work on Dirty Duck.

THE LAST ONE
What if you couldn't die? The sole survivor of an ancient race of immortals, the being called
Myrwann has nothing but time. Throughout history, as nations rose and fell, as humans
waged war, waged peace, wrote poetry and touched the stars, Myrwann lived outside them
and beside them, sometimes as woman, sometimes as man. Now, old beyond imagining, tired
beyond words, The Last One nurtures the failed and broken souls of New York City's East
Village–even as his own heart cries out for the release of death.
Writer J.M. DeMatteis and illustrator Dan Sweetman weave a tale that sweeps the reader from
a long-ago Golden Age to the New York of today, from ancient India to Hollywood in the
1920s. A story of suffering and compassion, lost faith and regained hope, The Last One is a
unique journey through the depths of the human heart and the heights of the human spirit.

POPEYE CLASSICS: I HATE BULLIES AND
MORE (VOLUME 8)
Another splendiferous volume of Popeye Classics (collect them all!). Cartoon Research yelps,
“It’s rare that the comic book version of a popular comic strip is as good or better than the
original. This is one of those rare exceptions. Sagendorf is immersed in Segar’s world. His
storytelling abilities are superb and his cartooning is a joy to behold. Sagendorf owned this
universe as much as Segar – other artists have been able substitutes, but Sagendorf knew
these eccentric personalities inside and out!”
This beautiful, thick, hardbound book includes special bonus rarities and a boat-load of stories
with the one-eye sailor, Wimpy, Olive and Swee’pea including the classic “Popeye, King of
Popilania” and the timely “I Hates Bullies!”

ASTRONAUTS IN TROUBLE
Fifty years after Armstrong's one small step, the world's richest man claims the moon as his
own personal property... and Channel Seven is there! This graphic novel shows what happens
when absolute power corrupts absolutely, when The Mob has nuclear first-strike capability,
and when cows jump over the moon. Witty banter, one-sixth gravity derring-do, and an
explosive finale from a tale that SCI-FI UNIVERSE says has "a wide-eyed sense of wonder
and a clear appreciation for adventure-based science fiction." "Die Hard" meets 'Broadcast
News" on the moon: was nominated for the American Library Association 2002 Popular
Paperbacks and the Fourteenth Annual Best in Science Fiction and Fantasy.

A mysterious asteroid hosts a collection of strange creatures - man-animal hybrids,
mythological creatures made flesh, guardian spirits, cursed shadows - and the humans who
brought them to life. But this strange society exists in an uneasy truce, in the aftermath of
uprisings seeking freedom and acceptance, that have only ended in tragedy. As the ambitious,
the desperate and the hopeful inhabitants of the asteroid struggle to decide their shared fate, a
force greater than either animal or human seems to be silently watching the conflict, waiting
for either side to finally answer the question: what is worthy of being human?

ODY-C COLORING BOOK
THE HEAVIEST TRIP IS THE ONE BACK HOME.
Lose yourself in an epic twenty-six centuries in the making. Featuring art from the
genderbent, science fiction comic ODY-C by MATT FRACTION (CASANOVA, SEX
CRIMINALS, SATELLITE SAM) and CHRISTIAN WARD (INFINITE VACATION,
OLYMPUS), this interactive activity book takes you on a feverishly eye-popping journey
rendered in lavish psychedelic pen-and-ink illustrations — all waiting to be brought to life
through color.
“It's an unlikely mixture of elements, but it hits an inimitable combination of cool and classic
that pulls you into the orbit of an intoxicating journey.” — Paste Magazine
“Matt Fraction and Christian Ward's psychedelic, “gender-broke” scifi odyssey has been
blowing people away since it debuted late last year, and for good reason. This wild retelling
of Homer's Odyssey — in which space captain Odyssia and her crew encounter cyclopean
space monsters and deadly living narcotic Lotus Eaters — is a surreal, massively entertaining
epic.” — io9

STARVE VOLUME 2
FROM THE SOUNDSTAGE TO THE STREETS!
Once the world's most famous chef, Gavin Cruikshank's been in a self-imposed exile for
years. In his absence his little foodie television program has evolved into STARVE, a morally
bankrupt competition show that thrills the wealthiest of the wealthy with rare, dangerous, and
often illegal cuisine. But Gavin's one-man crusade to end this outrage has stalled out, and he
finds himself seduced by the very things he fled from in the first place: The toxic mix of
success, money, and adoration.
Instead of trying to change the 1%, Gavin shifts his focus to the other 99%, and sparks a
revolution from the ground up, empowering those who need it the most. Addressing real
world themes of food scarcity and class warfare, STARVE brings its smart and subversive
commentary to the forefront, making it one of the most relevant comics in recent times.

Private investigator Frank Armstrong barely scrapes by in the Los Angeles underbelly until
“the big one” hits his desk. Locate and retrieve the daughter of a drug kingpin, and he can
finally afford more than the one-dollar meatloaf. Unfortunately, the job offer arrives just as
the symptoms of his fatal, late-stage brain tumor intensify. Frank must find the target and
keep her safe while time collapses, family turns into foe, and the specter of his murdered wife
resurfaces in the eyes of a mobster’s daughter.
KEY SELLING POINTS:
Eisner, Harvey, and Emmy nominated writer Joshua Hale Fialkov joins Harvey and Eisner
nominated artist Noel Tuazon in their second thrilling collaboration about the bittersweet joy
of lost love and the sharp pain of redemption.
"The first comic created for Amazon Kindle turns out to be more than just an experimental
curiosity. When Frank Armstrong, an elderly failed PI, is hired to find a drug boss's daughter,
he sees a chance to redeem himself for failing to prevent his own wife's murder decades ago.
Unfortunately, Frank's inoperable brain tumor means that his senses betray him so that he
doesn't always know what year he's living in or whether he's walking down the gritty L.A.
streets or lying flat on his back in a hospital bed. He's obviously dying; the question is
whether he can pull himself together long enough to win moral salvation. Fialkov's
hard-boiled script shows Frank's desperate toughness, though it's somewhat unbelievable to
discover that he's been walking around with a compound fracture of his left femur. Tuazon's
crude-looking black and white art is also effective, switching from fine line and wash to
scrappy brush work as Frank's consciousness fluctuates. There's nothing subtle about Tumor,
but it's successful noir storytelling." - PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
"Fialkov’s Tumor is simply a brilliant comic. You’ll find yourself getting sucked into
Frank’s twisted world where death isn’t the worst thing he’s going to have to face. The way
it pairs Frank’s past with the present makes for a really gripping read, and by the end you

HUMANKIND: THE DOCTOR'S OFFICAL
GUIDE
Over billions of years of time travel, the Doctor has run into his fair share of
important people - and he's formed opinions on most of them too. Now the
Twelfth Doctor has got hold of a history textbook from Coal Hill School, and
he's decided to improve it with notes of his own.
From Nefertiti to Robin Hood, this essential Doctor's guide gives us his

The adventurers awaken within the walls of the eerie Briarstone Asylum, their minds wracked
and memories missing. As they work together to recover their missing time, they soon learn
that the cause of their eerie amnesia is but a symptom of a much greater cosmic menace. As
they struggle to retain their sanity, the heroes must ally with other asylum residents and fight
against the monstrosities that have taken over the asylum and plunged it into nightmare. Can
the adventurers defeat the terror that stalks the halls and free themselves from their prison of
madness?

The elemental forces of air, earth, fire, and water are among the most powerful in the
multiverse, forming the basis of the material world and giving spellcasters and creatures
capable of wielding them immeasurable influence. Now players and Game Masters can
harness these powers for themselves by exploring the elemental planes—entire realms of
existence dedicated to the four elements—in Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Planes of Power.
Each of the four elemental planes is fully detailed like never before, with advice on
adventuring in their harsh environs, new spells and character options, location gazetteers, and
a thorough examination of a major settlement that offers a welcoming landing site for
travelers from other planes (such as explorers in the Pathfinder Society Organized Play
campaign).
