TWO DAYS OF FAMILY
GOLD COIN ENTRY TO HELP
Shannon Noll’s everyman appeal
lies in his honesty, he strikes a
chord with legions of music fans,
tapping into a pure emotion that’s
both his own and instantly relatable. His rise to fame as the first
runner-up of the initial Australian
Idol series in 2003 changed his
life from farm hand in Condobolin
forever. Since taking to the stage
and commencing his successful
recording career, Australia’s favourite son “Nollsie” has on to receive acclaim with certified tripleplatinum sales, number #1 hits,
five top 10 albums, has 17 platinum and three gold accreditations,
and boasts a reputation as the only
Australian male artist in national
chart history to have ever achieved
ten consecutive top ten singles.
Undeniably, Shannon Noll has captured the hearts and minds of music fans around Australia and overseas with his raw, gifted rockvoice.
He remains one of the most rec-
ognisable names and faces in the
Australian music industry with
only a few matching his success.
A loving husband and father,
he is also a voice to be reckoned with. Shannon is currently working on his next album
which will once again be sure to
only add to his success thus far.

ABOUT THE HONDA 80HP WITH 7 YR WARRANTY
Powering the “Bluefin “ Silver Edition” 4.8 is the ultimate
four-stroke, the powerful performing BF80 HONDA,
1.5litre, S0HC 16 valve, inline four cylinder engine. The
compact design incorporates a range of Honda exclusive
technologies to deliver best-in-class performance on
all levels. Mind-blowing hole shot performance is a
combination of Honda’s revolutionary Boosted Low
Speed Torque (BLAST) system, which advances
ignition timing during acceleration, and an exclusive
high-performance, hydrodynamic gear case design
that features an enlarged bullet and a low 2.33:1 ratio.
Multi-Port programmed fuel injection (PGM-FI),
which delivers precise amounts of air/fuel to each of the
four cylinders, also accurately controls ignition timing
across the entire rev range, providing optimum overall
performance. Lean Burn Control - adjusts the air/fuel
mix according to speed and load to maximise efficiency.
Inclusion of Lean Burn Control offers significantly
improved fuel consumption over direct injection twostroke models as well as over competing four-stroke
models. The mode in which Lean Burn Control is
used is referred to as ECOmo (Economy Controlled
Motor). Veethree Gauges - Honda’s new NMEA2000
compliant multi-function gauges have been designed
to ensure simplified connection onboard and provide
comprehensive information for users. Among other
features, these new gauges feature Honda’s unique
Eco Light, which indicates ECOmo mode in operation.
4-Front Corrosion Protection, a patented, ‘doublesealed’ multi-layered paint process, sacrificial anodes
and stainless steel technology, along with waterproof
connectors, all enhance corrosion protection.
Engine fit-up and accessories are expertly done by Russ
and Ben and Alex at Tropical Trailerboats.

JUNIOR BOAT-LUCKY
NOMINATION worth $6,770
ABOUT THE BLUEFIN 3.5 BLAZE “BANDIT” The
traditional vee-bottom dinghy has never been simpler,
easily driven & stable at rest. The “Bandit” with its level
floatation is also very safe. This great Junior Prize Boat has
standard features of; anchor shelf, grab handles, bow eye,
transducer bracket, side pockets, 2 thwart seats and has
added options of a drop –in floor, 2 rod holders & is painted
inside and out. It also has the distinctive Aqua Silver Paint on
the outer side to match with the Senior Boat and in keeping
with the 25th Silver Anniversary Classic theme this year.
ABOUT THE HONDA 2.3HP OUTBOARD matched up to
this estuary fishing rig. The portable power of these compact
engines, despite their size, boast all the benefits of Honda’s
advanced four-stroke technology, which is second to none
- with no oil mixing and it is the lightest 2.3 four stroke
available with extreme reliability. For increased control and
reduced steering effort, the BF2.3 has a twist grip throttle
and this model comes standard with a centrifugal clutch.
The engine is able to maintain a smooth idle and then upon
advancing the throttle it automatically engages the propeller
above idle speed; - it’s like having a neutral position. Just
like the rest of Honda’s outboard range, these engines are
also extremely fuel-efficient and have 4 Front Corrosion
Protection and 7yr warranty. Even at low revs the BF2.3
has solid and reliable torque to move heavier hulls than
other engines in their class. Rotates 360 degrees - get in
and out of tight spots with ease, or go in any direction on
the compass, with this extremely manoeuvrable engine.
Good Luck and Good Fishing to all Junior
Nomination Cardholders.
