Welcome to Cow me 2010,
If there is one thing that s cks out in my mind about this sale, it has to be the people I have
met in this business. Many of you I may only talk to once or twice a year, but we are friends
never­the­less. We all share a common bond as ca le breeders, that desire to keep improving our
gene cs, take care of our families, and also have some fun along the way.
So with that I want to thank all of you for suppor ng this sale. I will be the first to admit that I
am slow at registra ons, slow to return calls, and I o en say I will be over to look, and don't make
it! Again, thanks for your pa ence and loyalty.
In this year's sale it is very evident to me as we put this together how prominent cow families
and top gene cs come through. As we look at some of the pedigrees we can find several lots that
are three genera ons of cow families that have all been through the Cow me sales in one form
or another.
At this me I would also like to men on my new venture, BBB Gene cs LLC. As I get busier
with my job, I have to make the decision to cut back on actual numbers of livestock we run here,
but I see the need for the management and promo on of herdsires, donors, and herds. So I
invite all of you to watch where we are headed with this.

Wahoo is centrally located 25 miles from Fremont,
Omaha and Lincoln. Wahoo Livestock Commission
Co. is located on the east side of Wahoo on Hwy. 77,
south to Case IH dealer, turn east five blocks. Sale
barn is on north side of blacktop across from
fairgrounds.
Airports :
Wahoo has a 4100' lighted runway; Omaha and
Lincoln are both served by most major airlines.

Terms && Conditions
TERMS OF SALE: Cash or Check. NO CATTLE TO LEAVE
PREMISES WITHOUT FULL SETTLEMENT, UNLESS
PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. The tle to
livestock shall not pass un l all funds are cleared. We ask
that new buyers provide bank le er of credit.
BIDDING: All animals will sell to highest bidder. Any
disputes or challenges regarding bids will be se led by
the auc oneer whose decision will be final.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auc on
block will take precedence over any printed ma er.
HEALTH: Every animal in this sale, to the best of our
knowledge, is healthy and eligible for interstate shipment.
BREEDING GUARANTEE: All females sold under the
condi ons “safe in calf” have been pregnancy checked by
a licensed veterinarian and sell with no further
guarantee.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES: Supplied on eligible
animals upon request on the sales slip at me of
se lement or within 30 days. Leave the name and
address to which you would like purchases transferred on
your sales slip.
CONTRACT: The above Terms and Condi ons of this sale
shall cons tute a contract between buyer and seller and
be equally bidding on both. Animals that are resold
following the sale shall cons tute a separate transac on
and the rights and obliga ons of the two par es
connected thereto are not covered by these Terms and
Condi ons.
TRUCKING: All trucking, pricing and trucking fees are the
responsibility of the buyer, but we will help you with
coordina ng loads.
LIABILITIES: Although accidents at livestock sales
seldom occur, everyone a ending this sale does so at
their own risk. The owner and employees of Triple B
Farms and Wahoo Livestock Market assume no liability,
legal or otherwise, in the event of an accident, bodily
injury or loss of property.
BREEDING DATES: We have highlighted the sire to which
the veterinarian, to the best of his ability, has determined
the animal bred to. However, we cannot guarantee they
will calve from this ma ng. In the past four sales, I can
honestly say that we are correct over 95% of the me.
Buy with confidence. This is our eleventh sale and we are
here to stay.
EMBRYO TERMS: All Embryos are guaranteed to be of
their respec ve ma ng described herein. All Embryos
sold in packages of three. Pregnancy rate or Guarantee
thereof shall be One Pregnancy per Three embryos
transferred. If a 90­day pregnancy is not realized a er
transfer by a Cer fied Embryologist of all three embryos
within one year from the date of purchase, the buyer will
be allocated one more embryo if available. If no embryo
or sa sfactory ma ng is available, the buyer will receive
a refund equal to the value of one embryo based on the
sale price. This will then fulfill the obliga on, and no
further guarantees shall exist. All of the Embryos will be
grades 1 or 2. The embryos are stored at Preferred
Gene cs, Columbus, Nebraska. Phone 402.564.9858. Dr.
Phil Buhman’s reputa on and integrity as to the quality
of ET work is well known. A er se lement the embryos
will be released to the new owner and become their
property. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange
shipment of them.
SEXED SEMEN: Sexed Semen is not 100% accurate;
therefore the gender of a resul ng offspring cannot and
will not be guaranteed. In our experience the results are
near 90%.

Every year this female has been as consistant a they
come, and in a very good way. All of her females have
been in our club calf sale averaging about $2,500 and
the other have all been bulls. Her first bull sold for
$4,000 in Denver. This year we have kept her Open Bar
