I started my change on April 18th, 2015. After I had shoulder surgery in February of 2015 I was basically told I was having trouble breathing while under anesthesia for the operation. This scared the crap out of me as I lost my mother at 50 due to heart problems and complications after surgery. I have a almost two year old daughter Amberlin and my wife Ashley and I wanted to make a positive change so that I would be around for them for many many years to come. so I started slow dieting and when the doctor cleared my shoulder I got the gym and never looked back working out 5-6 days a week for the past year losing a total of 118lbs in a years time. It definitely was not the easiest task but I put in the time and work and accomplished my goals of getting healthy not only for myself but for my family as well Show your progress by using #CRCGains or #CRCGoals on your social media!
