Prestige Turbo Yeasts are specifically formulated to convert regular white sugar (sucrose) into alcohol, something that
other yeasts are unable to do efficiently. They do this fermentation VERY vigorously and VERY quickly. The fermented
wash contains far less congeners (fusel alcohols) than would be produced by any other yeast.... resulting in higher
alcohol content and greater purity.

Prestige 8 Kg Turbo Yeast produces less congeners and
ferments up to 18% alcohol, and is a very popular Turbo
Yeast. Each sachet can ferment 8 Kg of sugar. The
sachet does not contain 8 Kg of yeast…. just enough yeast
and nutrients to ferment 8Kg sugar. .
Prestige Batch Turbo 14% produces very small amounts of
congeners. This product is especially good for fermenting
larger batches, for example, barrels or tanks of between
200 and 1,000 Litres, without overheating the fermentation.
If you're fermenting large batches, this is a good choice.....
it's not meant for 25-litre batches.
Black Label Turbo Yeast is a long-time favourite. It can
produce 14% alcohol in five days.
This yeast can produce 18% - 20% alcohol in 10/14 days.
If you want to retain the flavours, odours and character of
the fruit or berries you're fermenting, this is the yeast to
use. Even if you're not distilling, this yeast is great for fruit
wines! Very highly recommended!
Turbo Pure 24 Yeast is the world's cleanest fermenting
turbo yeast. It can produce 14% alcohol and, under optimal

but its very, very low production of congeners is what's

Prestige Vodka Yeast Blend with AG is a specially selected
pure fermenting Vodka yeast strain with the addition of
Amyloglucosidase and the essential minerals and nutrients
missing from a grain mash in order to offer the best
environment for the yeast. This results in the cleanest
possible fermentation while improving the speed and
temperature tolerance of the yeast. Unlike other so-called
'vodka' yeasts, Prestige Vodka Yeast Blend with AG is not
a Turbo Yeast, and includes only the nutrients not brought
into the mash by the grain, ensuring that there are no
residual nutrients or minerals which produce off-flavors in

The Essential Extractor - Pro-Series II is made of
