Orders must be placed between May 22, 2014 and July 13, 2014 for
installation into single-family homes.
Claim must be postmarked by September 30, 2014.
Orders must be placed from Milgard Authorized Dealers located in
Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obpiso, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties
and include a minimum of 5 windows and/or doors to qualify.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: $25 rebate available per Essence window or door purchased between May 22, 2014 and July 13, 2014. Homeowner must purchase a minimum of 5 products to qualify for
rebate. Claim must be postmarked by September 30, 2014. Late claims will not be honored. Limit ONE (up to $1500) rebate per receipt and/or address. Offer valid on purchase of specifed product(s)
at participating retailers only. Returned products are not eligible. Postage is required for mail-in rebates and is not reimbursed. Requests with invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be denied.
Requests from PO Boxes are not accepted. Offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Offer only available to owners of the single-family home for which the products are puchased.
