This offer is good on qualifying Sanitaire commercial products purchased on Saturday,
July 1, 2006 through Thursday, August 31, 2006. All submissions must be postmarked
no later than Saturday, September 30, 2006 (Late submissions will not be honored). To receive
your rebate, send a copy of your receipt showing model purchased, purchase date and name of
dealer where purchased along with the completed certificate. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for processing.
Rebate applies to qualifying end users only (no dealers or distributors). This offer is void where
