Program coupons can be downloaded for printing on-line at www.fastcorpvending.com/
bbep.htm. Program coupons must be filled out in its entirety to be valid and submitted along
with proof of purchase (Fastcorp invoice indicating corresponding machine serial number).
Customer information on program coupon and invoice should match. All program coupons
must be redeemed by August 31, 2012, after which time the program coupons become null
and void. Redemption values, noted above are per program machine.
Offer applies to Blue Bunny designated ice cream novelties purchased through machine vend
channel distribution only.
The Fastcorp Evolution Merchandiser is the only eligible machine for this rebate. This rebate
only applies to the serial number of the Evolution Merchandiser Machine listed above. This
rebate cannot be combined with other Blue Bunny rebates for Fastcorp equipment. Nontransferable.
