purchased June 1–30, 2015.
Promotion Terms:
a) Offer valid on purchases made June 1, 2015–June 30, 2015.
b) Buy any eligible Haier Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers and receive a
Haier Visa Prepaid Card.
c) Eligible units must be current models listed on the rebate form.
d) This rebate may not be combined with any other Haier Manufacturer Rebates.
e) Valid only at authorized retail stores.
Terms and Limitations: This offer is good in the 50 United States. Offer void where taxed, restricted or otherwise prohibited by Federal, State or Local law.
Not transferable or redeemable for cash. If any terms and conditions are not met the rebate will be denied. Distributors and dealers may not participate
in this offer. Offer does not apply to purchases of refurbished or used products. To submit online, please visit www.HaierPromotions.com. Complete ALL
information on the rebate form – including model number and serial number for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Include the retail
invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) which shows the model number, store name of where the appliances were purchased and date of purchase. If this
is a promotion includes multiple purchases all products must be shown/purchased on one invoice. Purchase must be made between 6/1/2015 – 6/30/2015.
Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than 7/31/2015. Late submissions will not be accepted. Rebate must be redeemed on
appliances purchased for personal use. Multiple sales to apartments, builders, condominiums, subdivisions and wholesalers do not qualify. There is a limit
of two (2) rebates per person, per household. Rebate submission status updates, approval, denial, and other notices will be sent via e-mail. Please allow
6-8 weeks for delivery of your Visa Prepaid Card. Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Your card
is pre-loaded with value and may be used in the United States and U.S. Territories wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. The card may not be used at any
merchant, including internet and mail or telephone order merchants, outside of the United States or U.S. Territories. Haier America reserves the right to
