SUBSCRIPTION AND LOGIN
How to subscribe to Internet Bank?
You can subscribe to Internet Bank at any Rosbank office. You should present your identification paper
personally. See more.
How to get an Identification Card?
You can get an identification card and PIN-envelope with PIN2-code free of charge at any Rosbank office.
Why do you need an Identification Card?
Number and PIN2-code of your identification card are used for work in remote banking systems, such as Internet
Banking, Mobile Client-Bank and Phone Bank. See more.
Why do you need to enter the password for the first login using your identification card?
You will enter this password to login using your identification card number and confirm some operations.
How to enter Internet Bank?
To log into Internet Bank, select the “Internet Bank” link in the right top corner on the site page under the text
“For individuals’ or enter https://ibank.rosbank.ru in the address line of the Internet browser. See more.
How to log into the Internet Bank using your mobile phone number?
To log into the INTERNET BANK using your mobile phone number, register your mobile phone number in the
INTERNET BANK. See more.
Install and personalise the Mobile Application. See more.
How to get a token?
You can get a token at any Rosbank office. Token fee is charged as per Rosbank tariffs.
What to do if I forgot the password to log in the INTERNET BANK using the ID card?
Select the “Forgot your password?” link on the password entry page. Enter PIN2-code of your ID card, make
up and enter twice a new 8-digit password. See more.

How much does to cost to subscribe and use the INTERNET BANK?
No fee for subscription and subscriber’s fee for using the System are charged. See more.
How to look through all my accounts, cards, deposits and loans in the INTERNET BANK?
You see accounts, cards, deposits and loans opened with one branch of Rosbank in the INTERNET BANK. To
get information on any bank products opened with another branch, you can apply to any office of Rosbank and
get a separate ID card for access to bank products of another branch free of charge.
What requirements are made to the computer to work in the INTERNET BANK?
You can work in the System from any computer connected to the Internet. There are certain requirements to the
operating system and Internet browser. See more.
What are the hours for operations in the INTERNET BANK?
You can perform operations in the System round-the-clock. Some operations may be unavailable during
technological break. See more.

OPERATIONS
How to get a statement?
To get a statement of account, card or deposit, select «STATEMENTS» top level menu item, select a respective
account, card or deposit for the statement, specify the period and press “Submit”. See more.
How to get loan details?
To perform the operation, select “Loans details” on the Main Page or in “LOANS” section in the “Available
operations” field from the drop down list. See more.
How to pay for phone or the Internet?
To make payments for phone, the Internet, TV, etc., select “PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS” top level menu
item, select a category of a paid service and a payee, enter details and payment amount, and confirm data by
OTP or one-time password. See more.
How to make transfer between your own accounts?
On the Main Page or in “ACCOUNTS/CARDS” section for the account to be debited, select “Transfer between
own accounts” in the “Available operations” field from the drop down list, select the account to be credited,
enter the transfer amount and confirm data by the password. See more.
How to exchange currency between your own accounts?
On the Main Page or in “ACCOUNTS/CARDS” section for the account to be debited, select “Currency
exchange” in the “Available operations” field from the drop down list, select the account to be credited, enter
the amount and confirm data by the password. See more.
How to make transfer to another bank?
On the Main Page or in “ACCOUNTS/CARDS” section for the account to be debited, select “Interbank transfer”
in the “Available operations” field from the drop down list, enter details and the transfer amount, and confirm

How to make transfer using the details of an earlier transfer?
Get an account statement for the date of transfer. Select hyperlink in the "Date" column on the statement page in
the transfer data line. Press "Copy" on the opened page with details of the transfer. See more.
How to get a transfer supporting document?
Get an account statement for the date of transfer. Select hyperlink in the "Date" column on the statement page in
the transfer data line. Press “Printable version” on the opened page with sent transfer details. See more.
How to transfer currency?
On the Main Page or in “ACCOUNTS/CARDS” section for the currency account to be debited, select “Foreign
currency transfers” in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list, enter details and the transfer
amount, and confirm data by OTP or one-time password. See more.
How to make transfer to Rosbank card?
On the Main Page or in “ACCOUNTS/CARDS” section for the card from which you wish to make transfer, select
“Transfer between bank cards” in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list, enter the number
of the card to be credited and the transfer amount, and confirm data by OTP or one-time password. See more.

How to replenish your deposit?
On the Main Page or in "DEPOSITS" section for the deposit to be replenished, select “Deposit replenishment”
in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list, select the account to be debited, enter the amount to
be replenished, and confirm data by password. See more.
How to withdraw cash from deposit?
On the Main Page or in "DEPOSITS" section for the deposit from which you wish to withdraw a part of the
amount, select “Partial withdrawal from a deposit account” in the “Available operations” field from the drop
down list, enter the amount to be withdrawn and confirm data by password. See more.
How to connect to Mobile Client-Bank System?
Select “Profile” menu item (in the page right top corner) and press “Set up the Mobile Client-Bank System”.
Enter your mobile phone number, work parameters in the System and confirm data by OTP or one-time
password. See more.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION
Internet Bank is a remote banking system which allows to manage bank accounts through the Internet. To work in the
INTERNET BANK, you do not need to install special software.
INTERNET BANK will help you save your time, safely and easily perform operations on your accounts from any
computer connected to the Internet from anywhere in the world 24/7 and distantly control your funds.
INTERNET BANK allows to perform a wide range of bank operations, including information on accounts, cards, loans,
and deposits; payment for services of mobile telecom operators, Internet providers, etc.; transfers of funds in RUB and
FX; and managing opened deposits. A full list of operations is set out in Attachment 1 to the User Manual.
INTERNET BANK is based on the reliable information encryption system, using SSL 3.0 server certificate with 128-bit
encryption.
To log-in, you need to enter access password or one-time password obtained using a Token or Mobile Application
installed on the phone. It makes it possible to keep secrecy of operations data and protect from unauthorized access
to bank accounts, cards, deposits and loans. Operations (except for information ones) require confirmation by
passwords or OTP. To increase the level of security, PIN2-code and permanent password may be entered using only
the virtual keyboard.

3. SECURITY
Comply with the following security rules when working in the INTERNET BANK.
1) Before you enter the data to log in the System, verify server certificate for SSL-connection (protected connection)

with your computer .
2) Check the site address in the address line of your browser https://ibank.rosbank.ru.
3) To prevent infection with computer viruses, use and regularly update anti-virus programs on your computers.
Otherwise, entered information may be accessed by intruders using and actively spreading spyware in the Internet.
4) Keep an ID card, PIN-2 code, the login password, password to generate OTP and Token PIN in a safe place, do not
write PIN-2 code and the login password on the ID card, do not keep PIN-2 code and the login password together with
the ID card, provide for safety, non-disclosure and non-distribution of information about PIN-2 code, the login
password and the password to generate OTP, Token PIN and the printed OTP.
5) In case of loss, theft, unauthorized copying or illegal use of the information about PIN-2 code, the login password,
password to generate OTP, Token PIN and printed OTP, and in case of loss of the mobile phone with installed Mobile
Application, or a token, immediately call Rosbank round-the-clock client support service: Moscow (and for overseas
calls) +7(495) 789-88-77, other regions of the Russian Federation 8(800) 200-54-34 to block access to the INTERNET
BANK. You can also independently block operations through the INTERNET BANK using “System block”.
6) Do not use PIN-code of your bank or ID card and your personal data (e.g., a part of your card number or your date
of birth, etc.) as login password and the password for generating OTP or Token PIN.
7) Do not enter PIN-code and CVV2/CVC2 codes of your bank card in the INTERNET BANK. This information may not
be requested through any communication channel, including INTERNET BANK, e-mail and telephony. If such
information is requested from you in the INTERNET BANK, stop work immediately and contact Rosbank.

8) To sign off, use «Exit» special menu item.

4. ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM
4.1 MAIN STEPS TO CONNECT TO THE SYSTEM
To connect to the INTERNET BANK:
1) Apply to any office of Rosbank.
2) Fill in an application for subscription to the System.
3) Obtain an ID card and PIN-envelope with PIN-2 code, and the list of printed OTP.
You should be present to subscribe.
Details of your ID card are used for work in the remote banking systems, such as INTERNET BANK, Mobile ClientBank and Phone Bank.
In the INTERNET BANK the last 8 digits of your ID card number are used for login, PIN-2 code is used for password
creation. Entry of your ID card number and PIN-2 code is required for Token activation and unblocking.
In the Mobile Client-Bank and the INTERNET BANK, to login using your mobile phone number, the last 4 digits of your
ID card number and PIN-2 code are used for personalization of the Mobile Application.
In the Phone Bank, you can login using your ID card number.
For convenient work in the System, you can receive a special device - Token - for generating the one-time passwords.
The procedure for using a Token in the System is set out in Attachment 4 to the User Manual.
If you wish to receive passwords using your mobile phone, indicate this phone number in your application for
subscription to the System or perform the “Set up login using your mobile phone number” operation and install the
Mobile Application on your phone. Afterwards, you can receive the one-time passwords using this application without
sending and receiving SMS. The procedure for receiving the one-time passwords using the Mobile Application
installed on your phone is set out in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual.
Correct work in the INTERNET BANK is provided for using the following operating systems and Internet browsers:
Operating system: Windows, MacOS;
Internet browser: MS Internet Explorer (Version 7.0 and higher), Google Chrome (Version 10.0 and higher), Mozilla
Firefox (Version 10.0 and higher), Opera (Version 11.50 and higher), Safari (Version 10.0 and higher).
You can login the INTERNET BANK from Rosbank site (http://www.rosbank.ru).
To login the INTERNET BANK, select the Internet-Banking, then Persons icon (
) in the right top
corner on the site page or enter https://ibank.rosbank.ru in the address line of the Internet browser. You will go to the
authorisation method selection (Figure 1). Login using your ID card number is selected by default.

There are three methods to login:
Login by your identification card number;
Login by your mobile phone number;
Login by Token.
In the right top corner of authorisation method selection page (Figure 1), use
language (Russian / English).

4.2.
LOGIN BY IDENTIFICATION CARD NUMBER
To log in the INTERN BANK using your ID card number, choose “Identification Card” tab (selected by default) on the
authorisation method selection page (Figure 1). You will go to the page to enter your ID card number (Figure 2).
Enter 8 last digits of your ID card number and press
"Continue". You will go to the page to enter the
password (Figure 4). When log in for the first time by
your ID card number, you will go to the password
creation page (Figure 3). Make up the password to

work in the System and confirm it by entering PIN-2 .

Enter PIN-2 and the password using the virtual
keyboard.
You will use the password for login and confirmation of
some operations.
Important! To create the password, do not use the
PIN-code of your bank or ID card and your other
personal data (e.g., a part of your card number or your
date of birth, etc.). Do not destroy your PIN-2 after
password creation.
Press “Continue”. You will go to the Main Page of
the System (Figure 10).

Important! The following passwords are prohibited:
Containing the first or last 8 digits of the ID card number;
Containing 4 and more similar digits in a row;
Consisting of sequences of digits 0123456789, 9876543210, 1234567890, 0987654321;
In which the first 4 characters coincide with the last 4 characters;
In which the first 4 characters coincide with inversion of the last 4 characters.
Important! If PIN-2 code is entered incorrectly three times in a row or six times on one calendar day, access to the
INTERNET BANK using your ID card number is blocked until 00:00 Moscow time of the next calendar day. Upon
expiration of this period, you can have one attempt to enter PIN-2 code. If PIN-2 code is entered incorrectly, access
to the INTERN BANK using your ID card number is blocked again until 00:00 Moscow time of the next calendar day.
On the page which opens after the card number entry,
enter the 8-digit password set by you earlier.
Press "Continue" to go to the Main Page of the
System (Figure 10).
If you do not remember your password, choose the
“Forgot your password?” link to create a new
password. You will go to the page to create the
password (Figure 3).
Important! If the password is entered incorrectly three
times in a row or six times on one calendar day,
access to the INTERNET BANK using your ID card
number is blocked until 00:00 Moscow time of the next
calendar day. Upon expiration of this period, you can
have one attempt to enter the password. If the
password is entered incorrectly, access to the
INTERNET BANK using your ID card number is
blocked again until 00:00 Moscow time of the next
calendar day.

4.3.
LOGIN BY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
To log in the INTERNET BANK using your mobile phone number, choose "Mobile phone" tab on the login data entry
page (Figure 1). You will go to the page to enter your mobile phone number (Figure 5).
You can login using your mobile phone number if you indicated your mobile phone number for generating the one-time
passwords when entering into the INTERNET BANK service agreement, installed and personalized the Mobile
Application on your phone. You can register the phone number for login without applying to Rosbank office by
performing the “Set up login using mobile phone number” operation. The procedure for installation and personalization
of the Mobile Application is set out in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual.
Enter 10 digits of your mobile phone number.

Direct phone number should be entered with the
federal code. You can get a federal code from the
mobile telecom operator.
Press "Continue". You will go to the page to enter
the one-time password (Figure 6).

Enter the one-time password generated by the
Mobile Application.
To receive the one-time password, open the Mobile
Application in your mobile phone. Select
successively in the Mobile Application Internet
bank, Code Generation menu items and enter in
the screen form the one-time password identifier
and the password which you have set earlier for
application personalization. The Mobile Application
will generate a 6-digit one-time password.
See detailed procedure for generating the one-time
password using the Mobile Application in
Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User
Manual.
Enter the one-time password into the INTERNET BANK and press "Continue". You will go to the Main Page of the
System (Figure 10).
Important! If the one-time password is entered incorrectly, regenerate the one-time password in the Mobile
Application. If the one-time password is entered incorrectly three times in a row, access to the INTERNET BANK using
the mobile phone number will be blocked.
To unblock access to the INTERNET BANK, perform “Activate service” special operation in the Mobile Application.
The procedure for the operation is described in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual.

4.4.
LOGIN BY TOKEN
To log in the INTERNET BANK using a Token, select the "Token" tab on the login data entry page (Figure 1). You
will go to the Token number entry (Figure 7).
You can register with the Token if you have entered into the INTERNET BANK service agreement at the Bank’s
additional office and received a Token.

Enter the last 8 digits of the Token serial number
received by you from the Bank’s office. Token
serial number is indicated on the Token reverse
side on the white label under the bar code.
Press "Continue". You will go to the one-time
password entry page (Figure 9).
At the first login using the Token number, you
should activate it. In this case, from the data entry
page you will go to the Token activation page
(Figure 8).

Enter the last 8 digits of your ID card number, PIN4
2 code (using virtual keyboard), and press
"Continue".

Enter 6-digit one-time password obtained using a

To generate the one-time password, switch on the
Token (press “ ” on the Token keyboard, and
while holding this button, press “
”), enter Token
PIN, enter “2” in the screen form for selecting the
application (APPLI), enter the password number
displayed on the INTERNET BANK page in the
next screen form. Afterwards, the Token will
generate a 6-digit one-time password.

Once you have entered the one-time password, press "Continue". You will go to the Main Page of the System
(Figure 10).
Important! If the one-time password is entered incorrectly, regenerate the one-time password using the Token. If the
one-time password is entered incorrectly three times in a row, access to the INTERNET BANK using the Token will be
blocked.

5.
PROCEDURE OF OPERATIONS
5.1.
MAIN PAGE
You can open the Main Page of the INTERNET BANK (Figure 10) after successful login. The page displays
information about your accounts, deposits, loans and bank cards opened with one branch of Rosbank. If your
accounts, deposits, loans and bank cards are opened with different branches, you should apply to any office of
Rosbank and get an identification card for each branch free of charge to perform any operations.

On each System page, you can see top level menu items ("MAIN", "ACCOUNTS/CARDS", "LOANS", etc.). Choose
the necessary menu item to go to the System page to perform operations from the chosen section. You can perform
some operations (“Changing parameters of the system”, “Set up the Mobile Client-bank system”, etc.) by
choosing "Profile" menu item in the right top corner.
You can use the information display method convenient for you by choosing an option
in the right top
corner under top level menu items.
Where information is displayed by block, the page simultaneously displays not more than 6 bank products. If bank
products are more than 6, the page bottom part displays the horizontal scroll bar to be used to get information on other
products.
To update the information on your accounts, cards, deposits or loans, choose “Update information”.
To perform an operation on the account, card, deposit or loan, select the necessary operation from the drop down list
in “Available Operations”.
You can view the list of service operations after choosing "Maximize" in the bottom part of the System page.
You can see “Exit” link in the right top corner of each System page to be chosen to sign off.

5.2.
STATEMENTS
You can receive an account (including a deposit account) or card statement in "STATEMENT" section.
You can receive an account statement for the last three months via the INTERNET BANK. To receive statements for
the previous periods, apply to the service office.
You can receive a card statement for the last seven months.
You can receive an account statement round-the-clock during weekends and holidays, and during the following
periods of business days:
From 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Moscow time for the Moscow and North-Western regions;
From 04:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Moscow time for the West-Siberian region;
From 06:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Moscow time for the Central and Southern regions;
From 02:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Moscow time for the East-Siberian region;
From 00:00 to 03:00 p.m. Moscow time for the Far East region.

Account Statement
The purpose is to get an account statement for the specified period.
To receive an account statement, select "STATEMENTS” top level menu item. You will see the page to order account
and card statements (Figure 11).

To receive a statement, perform the following actions:
Check the box to the left of the account which statement you need;
Indicate the period of the statement you need: “current day”; “for last 10 days”; “for last 30 days”; “for the
period” (when choosing “for the period”, indicate the initial and final dates of the report in "from" and "to”
fields);
Press “Submit” in the page bottom part.
After that you will see the page with a chosen account statement for the specified period (Figure 12). If you choose
several accounts, statement of each account will be generated.
NB: If any operation on the account was performed on the non-business day (day off), the information will be included
into the account statement for the next business day.

Press “Export the full form” to get a detailed statement in pdf format.
Press "Back" to return to the page to order account and card statements (Figure 11).
Press “Printable version” to receive a printable version of the statement.
Press "Export" to “Export account statement” to ofx, qif, csv files (Figure 14).
Click the hyperlink in the "Date" column of the statement to go to the page with details of executed or received
payment order (Figure 13).

Press “Printable version” to receive Transfer supporting document (Figure 23) to be printed.
Press “Copy” to make Transfer using the details of earlier transfer.

Export of Account Statement
The purpose is to export the account statement to the files to be used to synchronise financial data between the

exported to files of 3 formats (ofx, qif, csv).
To perform the operation, press "Export" on the page with an account statement (Figure 12). You will go to the page
to choose a file format to export a statement (Figure 14).

To export a statement, you should remember the following:
To export correctly all chosen accounts to one file for MS Money, the account number should coincide with the
account number with the Bank;
To export correctly all chosen accounts to one file for Quicken, the account name (Name this account) should
coincide with the account number with the Bank;
To export correctly to Quicken, accounts should have “Cash” type;
Export to Quicken can cause problems with display of Russian texts;
Information about transaction Category may not be exported to MS Money with the use of QIF format.

Card Statement
The purpose is to receive a card statement for the specified period. The statement shows only operations performed
with the use of a bank card. Otherwise, such operation is displayed in Account statement.
To receive a card statement select "STATEMENTS" top level menu item, the page to order account and card
statements (Figure 11) will open.
To receive a statement, perform the following actions:
Check the box to the left of the card which statement you need;
Indicate the period of the statement which you need to receive: “for current day”; “for last 10 days”; “for last 30
days”; “for the period” (when choosing “for the period”, indicate the initial and final dates of the report in "from"
and "to" fields);
Press “Generate statement”.
Those actions are followed by opening of the statement of a chosen card for the specified period (Figure 15). If you
choose several cards, statement of each card will be generated.

Press "Back" to return to the page to order an account and card statement (Figure 11).
Press “Print the screen form” to receive a printable statement form.
Press “Export the full form” to receive a detailed statement in pdf format.
To view detailed information about a transaction on the operation, click the date of the required transaction and
choose "View" from the drop down list.

Application of Disagreement with Card Transaction
The purpose is to send to Rosbank an application of disagreement with the bank card transaction. You should send an
application of disagreement with the transaction if you have found a card transaction not performed by you. The
application is emailed to the authorized employee of the Bank.
To perform the operation, receive Card statement, choose the transaction you do not agree with from the report by
clicking on it.

Select “Application of disagreement with the transaction” from the drop down list. The page to describe the
transaction case will open (Figure 16).

Transfer using the Details of Earlier Transfer
INTERNET BANK allows to fill in automatically the transfer details with details of your earlier (but not more three
months ago) transfer.
If you need to make a number of successive transfers with the same details, press "Copy" on the page with the results
of successful transfer (Figure 23).
If you need to make transfer with details of an earlier transfer, generate account statement for the transfer date. Click
hyperlink in the "Date" column of the statement (Figure 12) in the transfer data line. Press "Copy" on the opened
page with executed transfer details (Figure 13). As soon as you perform those actions, the page to enter transfer
details will open. Fields to enter details will be filled in with the details of the selected transfer. Prior to transfer, make
changes, if any.

Cancel Transfer
INTERNET BANK allows to cancel transfers in RUR entered into the System but not yet executed by the Bank.
If you need to cancel transfer immediately, press “Cancel the payment order” on the page with the results of
successful transfer (Figure 23).
If you need to cancel the transfer, but the page with details of its successful performance is already closed, generate a
statement for the transfer date. Click hyperlink in the “Date” column of the statement (Figure 12) in the transfer data
line. Press “Cancel the payment order” on the page with the executed transfer details (Figure 13).
As soon as you perform those actions, page to cancel transfer will open (Figure 25).
NB: INTERNET BANK allows to cancel only the transfers not executed by Rosbank. If transfer is executed, apply to
Rosbank office to resolve the case with transfer cancellation.

to be debited in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list.

exchange rate also select “Non-cash conversion rates” menu item in “PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS” in
"Currency exchange" section.
You can perform the operation in the following ways:
1) Select "Currency exchange" on the Main Page (Figure 10) or in "ACCOUNTS/CARDS" for the account to be
debited in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list.
2) Select “PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS” top level menu item; select “Non-cash currency exchange” in
"Currency exchange".
As soon as you perform any of those actions, page to choose accounts for currency exchange will open (Figure 29).

The purpose is to make service payment to mobile telecom operators, Internet providers, television, telephony, utility

Transfer between Cards
The purpose is to transfer funds from your bank card to another bank card of Rosbank. Principal accounts of bank
cards should be opened in RUR. Funds are transferred online. The total amount of transfers between cards within
one calendar month may not exceed RUR 500,000. Service applies to the accounts opened for the residents of the
Russian Federation.
To perform an operation, select “Transfer between bank cards” item on the Main Page (Figure 10) or in
"ACCOUNTS/CARDS" for the account to be debited in the “Available Operations” field from the drop down list. The
page to enter data for transfer between cards will be opened (Figure 32).

"ACCOUNTS/CARDS" for the card which main account is to be changed in the ‘Available Operations’ field from the
drop down list. Page to choose the account to be the main one will be opened (Figure 33).

Card Blocking
The operation allows to permanently block your bank card. The card must be blocked in case of loss or theft. After
blocking, operations with the use of the card are prohibited.

Open deposit
Operation is intended for a new deposit opening. The operation will result in funds to be transferred from your current
account to the deposit account.
The operation can be performed, if you have a personal bank account in the same currency as a deposit opening. The
account balance must be not less than minimum deposit amount.
To perform the operation on the Main page (Figure 10) or in "DEPOSITS" (Figure 38) choose “Open deposit”.
The page for acceptance of “Internet-Banking rules on deposits opening” will open (Figure 40). If you already have
active deposit opened through Internet Bank Service, the page for a deposit choice will open (Figure 41).

Please, open and study these Rules by clicking on the “Rules” link, then check the box (if you agree with the Rules).
Checking the box, you agree on conclusion of Agreement about possibility of deposits opening through Internet Bank
on terms containing in the Rules. After pressing “Continue” button the page for a deposit choice will be opened
(Figure 41).

To choose the deposit, please, click a left mouse button on the deposit interest rate.

In the field “Debit from account No.”, please, choose the account from which funds will be transferred to the deposit
account. In you have only one account in the deposit currency, this field will be automatically filled with the number of
this account without changing possibility.
In the field “Deposit amount” input the deposit amount in figures. For dividing of hundredths use one of the following
symbols: ".", "-", "=". If hundredths are equal 00, they can be not indicated. The deposit amount must correspond to
the chosen deposit parameters (deposit period and interest rate).
In the field “Monthly interest add to the Deposit amount”) choose “yes” or “no”. If “yes” the accrued interest will be
added monthly to deposit amount and interest capitalization will be made. If “no” the accrued interest will be
transferred monthly to the deposit repayment account (personal bank account).
After filling these fields press the button “Confirm the operation”. The page of the signature of the Deposit opening
application will open (Figure 43).

On the opened page, enter the login password or the one-time password generated by the Mobile Application or
Token. By signing this Application you agree on execution of the Deposit Agreement, which consists of the Deposit
Terms («Условия банковского вклада») and the Application. A link for the Terms is situated on the page of the
signature of the Application. To perform the operation, press “Proceed”. In case of successful check by the System of
the password and other parameters, the deposit account will be opened, funds will be transferred from the personal
bank account (deposit repayment account) to the deposit account, and the page with deposit opening confirmation will
be opened (Figure 44).

Cancel Deposit Prolongation
The purpose is to cancel deposit prolongation. The operation will result in funds to be transferred from the deposit
account to your personal bank account (deposit repayment account) upon expiration of the deposit term. The
operation may be performed if according to deposit agreement terms the deposit is prolonged for a new term after
expiration of the deposit term.
To perform the operation select “Cancel deposit prolongation” item on the Main Page (Figure 10) or in
«DEPOSITS» section (Figure 38) for the deposit which prolongation is cancelled in “Available operations” field from
the drop down list.

Partial Withdrawal from Deposit
The purpose is to transfer a part of deposit’s funds to the deposit repayment account. The operation may be
performed if according to deposit agreement terms partial withdrawal from the deposit prior to expiration of its term is
permitted. The amount of partial withdrawal is limited according to deposit agreement terms.
To perform the operation, select “Partial withdrawal from a deposit account” item on the Main Page (Figure 10) or
in “DEPOSITS” section (Figure 38) for the deposit the partial in “Available operations” field from the drop down list.

To perform the operation, select “Early withdrawal” item on the Main Page (Figure 10) or in “DEPOSITS” section

The purpose is non-cash conversion in “Multi-currency” deposit accounts. The operation is performed at the rate set
by the Bank. The exchange rate is displayed in the INTERNET BANK at the time of operation.
To perform the operation, select “Non-cash currency exchange” on the Main Page (Figure 10) or in “DEPOSITS”
section (Figure 38) for the multi-currency deposit on which accounts the non-cash conversion is required in “Available
operations” field from the drop down list. Page to enter the amount and select accounts for non-cash currency
exchange will be opened (Figure 49).

Loan Repayment
The purpose is to make payment on the loan issued by Rosbank. To perform the operation, transfer the payment
amount from your personal bank account to the loan repayment account.

in the “Available operations” field from the drop down list. Page to fill in loan payment details will be opened (Figure
52).

If the loan repayment account and debit account are opened in one currency, the loan is repaid by Transfer between
own accounts.
If the loan repayment account and debit account are opened in different currencies, the loan is repaid by Non-cash
currency exchange.
Select the accounts, enter the operations and press “Confirm the operation”. Enter the login password or the one5
time password generated by the Mobile Application or Token .
To perform the operation, press “Proceed”. In case of successful check by the System of the password, the amount
will be transferred from the debit account to the loan repayment account. The page with a message on successful
operation will be opened.

Send Loan Application
You can send a loan application without contacting Rosbank office. To send the application, select the link in the right
top corner of “LOAN” section (Figure 50).
You may send loan applications under the following programs:

Set up Login by Mobile Phone Number
The purpose is to enter / change of a phone number to log in the INTERNET BANK. In addition, to receive the onetime passwords, download and personalize the Mobile Application on your mobile phone. Procedure for installation
and personalization of the Mobile Application is set forth in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual. By
using Mobile Application, you can receive the one-time passwords without SMS. Entry of 6-digit passwords is much
more convenient than entry of 16-digit printed OTP from the list.
To perform the operation, select “Profile” menu item. Select “Changing parameters of the system” in “User
Profile” (Figure 53). Page with system parameters will be opened (Figure 54).

The purpose is to change the procedure for sending notifications on operations in the INTERNET BANK to the e-mail
address and change e-mail address for notifications.

Profile” (Figure 53). Page with system parameters will open (Figure 54).
Fill in "E-mail address" and “Notification delivery option” fields and press "Continue".

to enter the quantity of OTP will be opened (Figure 55).

Specify the quantity of OTP to be generated (but not more than 100) and press “Confirm the operation”. Enter the
requested OTP and press “Proceed”. The page of receipt of OTP list will be opened (Figure 56).

Token Unblocking
The purpose is to unblock the Token blocked after 5 incorrect attempts to enter a Token PIN.

Important! Token may be unblocked not more than 3 times. After the fourth blocking the Token fails. To receive a new
Token, you need to apply to the Bank’s office. Fee is charged for a new Token as per the Bank’s tariffs.
To perform the operation, enter Token number on the log-in page using your Token (Figure 7) and press "Continue".
Select the link for token unblocking in the bottom right corner page to enter the one-time password (Figure 9). The
page to enter the blocked Token code will open (Figure 58).

Enter the last 8 digits of your identification card number, PIN-2 code, a blocked Token code (on Token display after its
switch on) and press “Receive the unblocking code:”.
Page with unblocking code (eight-digit number) will be opened. Press the arrow button (bottom right) on the Token and
enter the specified number. If unblocking code is entered correctly, the invitation to enter a new Token PIN-code (NEW
PIN) will appear on the Token display.

Application to Customer Service
The purpose is to send an application to the INTERNET BANK technical support service to get advice on technical
matters regarding operations in the System. Applications are processed not automatically (by an employee of
Rosbank), so, it takes some time.
To perform the operation select "Profile" menu item. Select “Application to customer service” in “User Profile’
(Figure 53). Page to enter the application with contact information will be opened (Figure 59).

System Block
The purpose is to block work in the INTERNET BANK. Blocking is necessary in case of loss, theft or unauthorized
copying of the information about PIN-2 code and/or password and/or OTP and/or Token loss.
Work in the INTERNET BANK may be unblocked only personally in Rosbаnk office.
To perform the operation, select "Profile" menu item. Select “System block” in “User Profile” (Figure 53). The
page to select blocking mode will be opened (Figure 60).

The operation allows you to subscribe to Mobile Client-Bank remote banking system. You can read description of the
system functions and capabilities on Rosbank site www.rosbank.ru (section: Individual clients->Remote banking
services).
To perform the operation, select “Profile” menu item. Select “Set up the “Mobile Client-Bank” system” in “User
Profile” (Figure 53). Page to enter a mobile phone number will be opened (Figure 61).

Enter a mobile phone number to be subscribed to Mobile Client-Bank System and press "Continue".

By choosing "Yes" in the “Enable settlement transactions and bank card transactions” field, you can perform
settlement transactions and bank card transactions in the Mobile Client-Bank System. To perform settlement
transactions, install and personalize the Mobile Application on the mobile phone. The procedure for downloading and
personalization of the Mobile Application is posted on the Bank’s site www.rosbank.ru (section: Individual clients->
Remote banking services-> Mobile Client-Bank).
Press “Confirm the operation”. Enter the printed OTP or the one-time password generated by the Mobile Application

Enter the number of your mobile phone subscribed to Mobile Client-Bank System which work parameters in the
System you wish to change. Press "Continue".

SET UP PHONE BANK
You can set up authentication parameters of Phone Bank in the INTERNET BANK. Authentication parameters of
Phone Bank are TPIN or answers to security questions. The specified data are requested at log in the Phone Bank.
Authentication parameters are confidential data. To ensure security, keep these data excluding access to them by
third parties (including employees of the Bank).
You can enter and change TPIN or answers to security questions if you have entered into the Phone Bank service
agreement at Rosbank office.
To install authentication parameters, select "Profile" menu item. Select “Set up details to be requested to log into
the “Phone Bank” in “User Profile” (Figure 53). The page to select authentication parameters to be entered
/changed will be opened (Figure 64).

Set up TPIN
The purpose is to enter or change TPIN to be requested at log in the Phone Bank when you work in the self-service
mode.
To perform the operation, select “Set up TPIN” on the page to select authentication parameters for installation
(Figure 64).The page to enter/change TPIN (Figure 65) will be opened.

In the “TPIN (a random 6-digit code)” field, enter 6-digit TPIN. TPIN should not consist of a set of the same digits
(e.g., 111111, 777777, etc.) or consecutive digits (e.g., 123456, 987654, etc.).
In the field “TPIN (re-enter)” repeat TPIN and press "Continue". If you have correctly entered the data, TPIN will be
installed. The page with the results of TPIN successful saving will be opened.

The purpose is to enter or change answers to security questions to be requested at log in the Phone Bank with the
help of the Bank’s employee.
To perform the operation, select “Set up answers to security questions” on the page to select authentication

DATABASE OF BANKS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The purpose is to receive information on details of the banks of the Russian Federation (bank name, city, BIC,
correspondent account).
To perform the operation, select "Databases" menu item in "Services". The page to enter data for bank search in the
database will be opened (Figure 67).

To search the bank in the database, enter information on its details into one or several fields (“BIC”, “Correspondent
account”, “Bank”, “Location”) and press “Set filter”. You will see on the screen the list of the banks meeting the
selection criteria. For convenience of search, the database of banks can sort out the list with details of the banks in the
selected field (“BIC”, “Correspondent account”, “Name”, “Location”). Click the left mouse button on the field
name to sort out the list of banks.

TARRIFS FOR USING INTERNET BANK
Subscription fee of the INTERNET BANK and the subscriber’s fee for using the INTERNET BANK are not charged.
The majority of operations in the INTERNET BANK are free of charge. Fees for paid operations are much lower than
the fees for the operations when you apply to Rosbank office.
The fee to connect one Token to the System is RUR 500.

Attachment 2. Receipt of one-time passwords using Mobile Application installed on mobile phone
(Java-application, applications for Windows Mobile and Android)
To receive one-time passwords using Mobile Application, download and personalize Mobile Application on your mobile
phone.
You can receive one-time passwords using Mobile Application by performing “Set up login by mobile phone number” if
you indicated your mobile phone number for generating one-time passwords when you entered into the INTERNET
BANK service agreement or registered the mobile phone.
NB! If you are a user of the Mobile Client-Bank System and you have installed the Mobile Application on the mobile
phone, personalize the Mobile Application again to generate one-time passwords in the Mobile Application.
1. Downloading Mobile Application on your mobile phone
There are two options to download Mobile Application to your mobile phone:
Using your mobile phone via Internet connection (including GPRS/3G).
Using computer.
1.1. Downloading Mobile Application using your mobile phone via Internet connection
1.1.1
Downloading Java-application and application for Windows Mobile
To install and ensure functionality of application for Windows Mobile, Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC
Phone/Smartphone; Windows Mobile 6.0 - 6.5 Standard/Professional should be installed on your mobile phone.
To download Mobile Application, perform the following actions:
Open mobile phone browser.
Select “Go to URL” ("Address").
Enter https://ib.rosbank.ru/mcb and select “Download”.
Download Mobile Application on your mobile phone. Specify in the phone menu the section to download Mobile
Application (if necessary).
To run Mobile Application, enter in the menu the section specified for downloading, select and open Rosbank
application.
1.1.2. Downloading application for Android
To install and ensure functionality of application for Android, Android version 2.2 or higher should be installed on
your mobile phone.
Downloading Mobile Application for Android from Google Play
You can download Mobile Application using Google Play according to Google Play instructions.
Important! To download the Mobile Application from Google Play, you need to have Google Account. If you do not
have it, you will be offered to create the account when downloading the selected Application.
You can download Mobile Application using Google Play with the following actions:
Open Play Market on your mobile device;
Authorize (enter user name and password) or create an account;
Enter application name Rosbank in search line and press “Search”;
Press "Install";
When you receive a notice that the Application requires access to personal data or certain functions or settings of
the device, press «OK».
Application is saved automatically in “All applications”.
1.2. Downloading Mobile Application using computer

For phone models which technical capabilities do not enable to download Mobile Application through the protected
connection with the Internet and check security certificates and for the devices with OS Windows Mobile, the Bank
offers to download the Mobile Application using a computer with subsequent downloading the Mobile Application to the
mobile phone through phone interfaces (data cable, Bluetooth, infrared port, flash card, etc.). In this case, it is
recommended to check the security certificate of the Bank’s site using standard tool of the Internet browser installed
on the client’s computer.
Before downloading Mobile Application, the Bank recommends to go to https://ib.rosbank.ru/mcb and make sure that
the certificate is issued by VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA - G3.
When using Internet Explorer, to check the certificate when viewing the page select "File" and "Properties" in the
menu, then press "Certificates".
To download the Mobile Application to the phone, you may need to install proprietary software on the personal
computer from the disk provided with the phone. Relevant information on software installation is in the instruction to
the mobile phone. You can also contact a phone manufacturer (respective sites of manufacturers can be found on the
Internet).

Important! If you have downloaded Mobile Application using data cable, before running Mobile Application
disconnect your phone from the computer.
2. Running Mobile Application
To run Mobile Application, enter the menu item specified during downloading and select “Rosbank”. When running
Mobile Application, the phone may request confirmation of the user to run Mobile Application and additional
authorization for Mobile Application to receive/send messages. Confirm.
Once confirmations are received, the phone starts downloading Mobile Application. During downloading Mobile
Application icon is displayed on the phone, where you can see downloading progress line in the bottom. Process to
download the Mobile Application can take 30-60 seconds.
Successful Mobile Application running displays the menu to personalize Mobile Application.
3. Mobile Application personalization
Once you run the Mobile Application, request to personalization is automatically
displayed on the screen. Fill in the following fields for personalization:
“Last 4 digits of card number”. Enter the last 4 digits of your identification
card number;
“PIN2”. Enter identification card PIN-2 code: 16-character alphanumeric
sequence (indicated in PIN-envelope given together with an identification
card);
"Password". Enter the password you will use to perform operations. The
password is not passed to Bank and known only to you. The password
may contain from 4 to 16 random characters. It is not recommended to
install PIN-code, SMS-PIN or other confidential data as a password;
"Number". Enter the phone number to send your requests generated
using the Mobile Application:
main;

2 additional.
2532 Bank short number is used as the main number (by default). If the operator

does not support 2532 number, you need to select any of the two additional
numbers.
4. Generating the one-time password

“Code generation” is used to receive the one-time password for access to the INTERNET BANK using the mobile
phone number. Confirm active operations in the System.
To perform an operation, select consecutively Internet Bank Mobile Application menu item -> “Code Generation”.
Enter the one-time password identifier displayed in the INTERNET BANK and your password.
Mobile Application will generate 6-digit one-time password to enter in the INTERNET BANK in “One-time password”
field (Figure 6 of the INTERNET BANK User Manual).
6. Unblock the INTERNET BANK (service activation)
If you have entered the
one-time
password
incorrectly three times in
a row, your access to the
INTERNET BANK using
the mobile phone number
is blocked, to unblock,
use “Service Activation”
in the Mobile Application.
To perform the operation,

Attachment 3. Receipt of one-time passwords using Mobile Application installed on Apple iPhone
To receive one-time passwords using Mobile Application, download and personalize Mobile Application on your Apple
iPhone.
You can receive one-time passwords using Mobile Application by performing “Set up login using mobile phone
number” if you indicated your mobile phone number for generating one-time passwords when you entered into the
INTERNET BANK service agreement or registered the mobile phone.
To install and ensure functionality of application for Apple iPhone, iOS version 4.3 and higher should be installed
on the mobile phone.
1. Downloading Mobile Application to Apple iPhone
There are several options to download Mobile Application to your device:
Downloading from your mobile device.
Downloading from computer.
Important! If the user interrupts installation of the Mobile Application, its operability is not guaranteed. In this case the
user should repeat installation procedure.
1.1. Downloading Mobile Application from mobile device
You download the Mobile Application on the device from App Store via the Internet connection. Before downloading
make sure that the device has access to the Internet.
Important! To download the Mobile Application from App Store resource online, you should have Apple ID. If you do
not have it, you will be offered to create the account when downloading the selected Mobile Application.
To download the Mobile Application from App Store, perform the following actions:
Open App Store on your mobile device.
Enter "Rosbank" (Mobile Application name) into the search line and press "Search".
On the page with description of Mobile Application, press "FREE".
Enter Apple ID password into the authorisation form (if you are registered on the resource) or create the account (if
you do not have an account on the resource).
Mobile Application is installed automatically.
1.2. Downloading Mobile Application using personal computer
You can download Mobile Application for iPhone using the personal computer on the Internet from App Store with the
help of iTunes installed on the computer.
To download the Mobile Application using the personal computer, perform the following actions:
Open iTunes on the personal computer.
Go to iTunes Store.
Enter Mobile Application name ("Rosbank") into the search line and press "Search".
On the page with description of Mobile Application press "Free".
Enter the App Store account data into the authorisation form (if you are registered on the resource) or create the
account (if you do not have an account on the resource).
Mobile Application is saved in the personal computer.
Connect iPhone to the personal computer.
Synchronise with the personal computer (by default, iPhone performs synchronisation each time you connect to
iTunes; if automatic synchronisation is switched-off, synchronised with the personal computer manually).
Mobile Application will be automatically installed to iPhone.

2. Running Mobile Application
To run Mobile Application, enter the menu and
select “Rosbank” icon.
When loading the Mobile Application, the
downloading indicator is displayed on the screen.
Process to download the Mobile Application can
take 30-60 seconds.
Successful Mobile Application running displays the
menu to personalize Mobile Application.
3. Mobile Application personalization
Mobile Application is personalized in two stages:
1) Receipt of one-time verification password;
2) Personalization.
To receive one-time verification password, send SMS with the text “Iphone” to Bank’s special short number 2532 (if
the operator supports 2532 short number) or one of the two numbers +79035559555 or +79104044440.
You will get SMS from the Bank with one-time verification password for personalization consisting of 8 digits.
To personalize, perform the following actions:
Enter "Personalization";
Fill in the fields:
“Your phone number (10 digits)”;
“Last 4 digits of card number» (you need
to enter the last 4 figures of your
identification card number);
“PIN2” (Identification card PIN-2 code
given in the PIN-envelope together with
the card);
“One-time
password”
(one-time
verification password (8 digits) received
from the Bank in the SMS);
Press “Send request”;
Make up and enter the Password. The
password is not passed to the Bank and
known only to the user. The password may
contain from 4 to 16 random characters.
Remember the Password. Further, you will
use it to confirm requests in Mobile
Application
Press “Send request”.
Important! Personalization of the Mobile Application using one-time verification password received by SMS is
possible within 10 minutes from SMS receipt. If you have received the message that one-time verification password is
void or its value has become outdated, request it again.

5. Generating the one-time password
“Code Generation” is used to receive the
one-time password for access to the
INTERNET BANK using the mobile phone
number, and confirm active operations in
the INTERNET BANK.
To
perform
an
operation,
select
consecutively Internet Bank Mobile
Application menu items Payments->
Internet Bank -> Code Generation.
Enter the one-time password identifier
displayed in the INTERNET BANK and
your password (as set at Mobile
Application personalization).
Mobile Application will generate 6-digit one-time password you enter on the INTERNET BANK screen form in the
“One-time password” field (Figure 6 of the INTERNET BANK User Manual).
6. Unblocking the INTERNET BANK (service activation)
If you have entered the one-time password incorrectly three times in a row,
your access to the INTERNET BANK using the mobile phone number is
blocked, you need to perform service activation.
To perform the operation, select consequently Internet Bank Mobile
Application menu items Payments-> Internet Bank -> Service Activation and
enter the Password set at Mobile Application personalization.

ATTACHMENT 4. Using Token in the INTERNET BANK.
I. General.
Token is a special device to receive the one-time passwords used to log in and perform operations in the INTERNET
BANK. Appearance of a Token (face and reverse) is shown in the Figures.
Token serial number indicated on the Token reverse side on the white label under the bar code is used as Token
identifier.
Important: You can use the Token to work in the System if you have entered into the INTERNET BANK service
agreement, received a Token at the Bank’s additional office and paid the fee to connect the Token to the INTERNET
BANK.
II. Generating one-time password.
To generate the one-time password using the Token, perform the following actions:
1) Switch on the Token.
To switch on the Token, press on the Token keyboard « » and while holding it, press «
».
2) Set up Token PIN (when you switch on the Token for the first time). If Token PIN has been already set, go to 3.
Once you have switched on the Token for the first time, you can see the screen to set Token PIN. You need to enter
the set PIN each time you switch on the Token.
NEW PIN
---Enter Token PIN (4 digits).
Important: To ensure security, do not set PIN-code of your bank or ID card and your personal data (e.g., a part of the
number of your card or your date of birth, etc.) as Token PIN.
PIN setting prohibits the following simple values:
All digits are the same (e.g., 111111);
Digits in 1 step (e.g., 1234) or 2 steps (e.g.,1357) ascending order;
Digits in 1 step (e.g., 9876) or 2 steps (e.g., 9753) descending order.
If one of the prohibited values is entered, you see for some seconds an error message “not SAFE”, then the screen to
enter of a new Token PIN will be displayed.
If correct Token PIN value is entered, the screen for repeated Token PIN entry will be displayed:

---Repeat Token PIN (4 digits).
If Token PIN is entered incorrectly, you see for some seconds an error message screen.

Then, the screen to enter a new Token PIN will be displayed. In this case, enter Token PIN anew.

application will be displayed. Go to step 4.
3) Enter Token PIN (not performed when the Token is switched on for the first time).
After each Token switch on, the screen for PIN entry is displayed.

Important! If PIN is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row, the Token is blocked. If the Token is blocked, the Token
screen displays the seven digit number – a code of the blocked Token (Lock PIN).

4) Select application.
If Token PIN is entered correctly, the screen to select an application will be displayed.

displayed.

Token screen will display the one-time password to be entered into the INTERNET BANK.

III. Changing Token PIN.
To change Token PIN, perform the following actions:
1) Switch on the Token.
2) Enter Token PIN set earlier.
3) Press « » and hold this button until the screen to enter a new PIN is displayed on the Token.

5) Repeat a new Token PIN.
IV. Token unblocking
Token is blocked after Token PIN is entered incorrectly for 5 times in a row. To unblock, perform “Token unblocking”.
Important! Token may be unblocked not more than 3 times. After the fourth blocking, the Token fails. To receive a
new Token, apply to the Bank’s office. Fee as per the Bank’s tariffs is charged for a new Token.
V. Token activation.
Token is activated in the following cases:
At the first log in the INTERNET BANK using Token number;
At blocking access to the INTERNET BANK if the received one-time password using Token is entered
incorrectly 3 times in a row.
To activate the Token, enter your identification card number and PIN-2 code. See more.

You can perform operations “Account statement”, “Deposit details”, “Partial withdrawal from a deposit account”,
“Early withdrawal” round-the-clock during weekends and holidays, and during the following periods on business days:
From 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Moscow time for the Moscow and North-Western regions;
From 04:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Moscow time for the West-Siberian region;
From 06:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Moscow time for the Central and Southern regions;
From 02:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Moscow time for the East-Siberian region;

You can verify server certificate for SSL-connection as follows.
If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, select “Properties” in the menu displayed with the mouse right button.
In the opened pop-up window, press "Certificates". On "General" tab, “Issued to” field should display
ibank.rosbank.ru as owner of the certificate, and “Issued by” field should specify the server of VeriSign Class 3
Secure Server CA – G3 as issuer of the certificate.
If you use Google Chrome as your browser, select “Page data” in the menu displayed with the mouse right button.
In the opened pop-up window, select "Connection" tab and press “Certificate Information” link. In the next window,
“Issued to” field should display ibank.rosbank.ru as owner of the certificate, and «Issued by» field should specify the
server of VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA – G3.
If you use Mozilla Firefox as your browser, select “Page information” in the menu displayed with the mouse right
button. In the opened window, select "Protection" tab and press “View Certificate”. In the next window, “CN” field of
“Issued to” section should display ibank.rosbank.ru as owner of the certificate. “CN” field of “Issued by” section
should specify the server of VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA – G3.

PIN-2 code is specified in PIN-envelope given together with an identification card.
PIN-2 code is a 16-character alphanumeric code containing only the following characters:
Latin letters: A, B, C, D, E, F;
Digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
To increase security level, you can enter PIN-2 code using only the virtual keyboard.

Depending on the way you log in the INTERNET BANK, operations are confirmed as follows:
- If you log in the INTERNET BANK using the identification card number, enter the printed OTP or the login
password;
- If you log in the INTERNET BANK using the mobile phone number, enter the one-time password generated by the
Mobile Application;
- If you log in the INTERNET BANK using the Token number, enter the one-time password generated by the Token.
If you are requested to fill in “OTP №” field, enter the printed OTP under the serial number requested by the
System. The list of printed OTP with assigned serial numbers is issued to you by Rosbank when you enter into the
INTERNET BANK service agreement.
OTP is a 16-character alphanumeric code containing only the following characters:
Latin letters: A, B, C, D, E, F;
Digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
When you enter the printed OTP, make sure that the Latin keyboard layout is chosen, the case is irrelevant.
If you log in the INTERNET BANK SERVICE using the identification card number, enter the login password to
confirm the following operations:
Transfer between own accounts;
Deposit replenishment;
Loan repayment;
Open deposit;

Partial withdrawal from a deposit account;
Early withdrawal;
Non-cash currency exchange;
Card blocking;
Card unblocking;

Changing the main card account.
If you log in the INTERNET BANK using your mobile phone number, specify the one-time password generated by
the Mobile Application installed on your mobile phone. To generate the one-time password, open the Mobile
Application on the mobile phone. Enter into the Mobile Application screen form the one-time password identifier
displayed in the Internet Bank to the left of the field for entry of the one-time password. The Mobile Application will
generate 6-digit one-time password. See more on the procedure for generation of the one-time password using the
Mobile Application in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual. If you enter the one-time password
incorrectly, repeat generation of the one-time password using the Mobile Application. If you enter the one-time
password incorrectly three times in a row, access to the INTERNET BANK using your mobile phone number will be
blocked. To unblock, perform “Activate service” special operation in the Mobile Application installed on your mobile
phone. The procedure for the operation is described in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 to the User Manual.
If you log in the INTERNET BANK using the Token number, specify the one-time password generated by the Token.
To generate the one-time password, switch on the Token. Enter into the Token the one-time password identifier
displayed in the Internet Bank to the left of the field for entry of the one-time password. The Token will generate 6-digit
one-time password. See more on the procedure for generation of the one-time password using the Token in
Attachment 4 to the User Manual. If you enter the one-time password incorrectly, repeat generation of the one-time
password using the Token. If you enter the one-time password incorrectly three times in a row, access to the
INTERNET BANK using the Token number will be blocked. To unblock, activate the Token. The procedure for the
operation is described in Attachment 4 to the User Manual.
