Our mission statement: ALWAYS ENDEAVOR to make the BEST snowboards in the world. Endeavor Snowboard Design was established in 2002 by pro rider Max Jenke and photographer Scott Serfas. The Global headquarters is based in historic Gastown, downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Since then, Endeavor has appeared on covers of the most prestigious snowboarding magazines, won countless board test awards for riding excellence and has worked with some of the most innovative artists in the world, pioneering the artist collaboration by bringing art to snowboard graphics Always Endeavor. GLOBALOFFICE Photo: Max Jenke Location: Gastown http://www.endeavorsnowboards.com Growing up around Whistler, Rob Dow was destined for a career in snowboarding. Building his own snowboard in 1986 and purchasing a Sims Terry Kidwall in 1988 to ride up at Blackcomb, it is safe to say that Rob has experience in the industry. Riding for brands such as Option Snowboards, Vans, Silence Snowboards, Iris Goggles, and being part of the infamous Wildcat crew, Rob Dow was a name well known in the industry and with product innovation. His name endorsed snowboards and boots which sold well due to his creative outlook and knowledge of product design. After finishing a successful career as a pro rider, Rob stepped into his new roles at Whiteout Films, where he filmed, produced, directed and edited Return of the Wildcats, Diaries, Positron, and Blackout. Today, Rob is an integral part of the Endeavor team with product design, marketing, and sales. SCOTTSERFAS MAXJENKE Snowboarding Since 1990 Snowboarding Since 1991 Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Scott got into snowboarding as a way to deal with the wet winters. He used to take photos of his friends on weekends and then send them to the magazines. Shooting with an old manual camera on cheap print film and processing it in 24 hours at the drug store, Scott would then send a self addressed stamped envelope to Jon Foster, Transworld Snowboarding Magazine photo editor back then, with all his “jems”. He had no clue what he was doing, and no doubt it showed. Snowboarding for 18 years, Max looked up to local pros Rob Dow and Scott Serfas. At age 16, he began traveling with them on team trips with Option Snowboards and began a career as a professional rider. A member of the infamous Wildcat crew, Max was ranked as 5th Most Photographed snowboarder by Transworld Snowboarding in 2000 and appeared on the cover in the same year. Fast forward 17 years and Scott is at the forefront of the snowboarding industry. Now a Transworld staff photographer, Scott has ranked consistently at the top of the list of published photographers in snowboarding and most recently winning the Transworld Photographer Shootout. Still based in Vancouver, Scott travels the world documenting professional snowboarding, is the Endeavor staff photographer, and acts as a founder/director of Endeavor Snowboard Design. In 2001, his board sponsored dropped the adult range of products to focus on the kids market, freeing up Max to try out other brands boards. That same year, Max participated in the Transworld Board Test, an invaluable experience where he tested over 100 snowboards. That summer, an opportunity presented itself to make some boards and after product testing in Europe and New Zealand, Endeavor Snowboard Design was launched in 2002 with the help of Scott Serfas and Rob Dow. Today Max is the managing director of Endeavor Snowboard Design and manages to fit in over twenty five days on hill. 01 THEBOYFRIENDSERIES Award Winning Twin Freestyle CALIFORNIASURFERBRAH For Women / Lighter Riders GILLIANAPPROVED Vancouver Artist Creates the BF Whistler Local Gives the Thumbs Up We wanted to kick it retro on the graphic and pay homage to the glory days of boardsports when shredders were outcasts. Warm colours and gradients pop off the deck making you smile on the coldest winter day. Grab your shades and slash some pow brah. Graphic designer, band member, and artist, Janine Prevost is immersed in all things creative. Taking a break from her busy schedule, Janine lent Endeavor a hand at creating the BF Series. Gillian Andrewshenko has been rocking Endeavor for the past three years. She tripped when we came out with a twin shape for her to take in the park. You can catch her competing in Whistler and keeping the Endeavor boys in line. 151CM * 5 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 25“ maximum stance width * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 148CM R.C. 148CM 144CM 142CM * Awarded TW Good Wood 2009 * Soft Flex Rating = 8 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Blunt low profile twin shape * Easy-to-repair Extruded fast base factory waxed DESIGNEDBYJANINE PREVOST Venice Beach, Tropical Forests, and Warm Colours GILLIANANDREWSHENKO Photo: Scott Serfas Location: Blackcomb Mtn Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / BOYFRIEND SERIES Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / BOYFRIEND SERIES For Women / Lighter Riders DESIGNEDBYNIGELQUARLESS A HIT WIT THE GIRLS Steps out of his comfort zone on the Diamond The Diamond is always the must have deck The Diamond is all about the union of opposites: reality and imagination, aggression and nurturing, dark versus light. The mythical wolf eyes draw you into the Diamond door, the vehicle where imagination becomes reality in the Cosmos. An illustrator by trade, Nigel Quarless stepped out of his comfort zone with the Diamond graphic. Born and raised in Vancouver, Nigel has been a snowboarder and artist for the past ten years. Since the Diamond was added into the line five years ago, it has gained the reputation of being the nicest all round freestyle/ freeride deck. It is always one of the first boards to go out to shop employees who love the graphics and a board that reps their style. * 5 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 22” maximum stance width * Poplar Tip-To-Tail Wood Core 148CM R.C. 148CM * Directional Freestyle Shape * MediumFlex Rating = 4 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Extremely fast Sintered 7500 base factory waxed * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 144CM 142CM 02 THEDIAMONDSERIES Award Winning Twin Freestyle FUTUREFANTASYGATEWAY Imagination Meets Reality in the Diamond Door WHISTLERBACKCOUNTRY Photo: N/A Location: Blackcomb Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / DIAMOND SERIES Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / DIAMOND SERIES that won’t break the bank DESIGNEDBYRORY DOYLE JOHNNYLYALLRUNSTHIS Vancouver resident artist takes graf worldwide What other entry level boards do pros ride? The Statue of Liberty, Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, and London Bridge have been devoured by art! The graphic idea that graffiti is found in or on places that you usually would never dream of speaks to revolting, attacking and pretty much encompasses the whole guerrilla trait. Rory has been working with Endeavor for four seasons now and his work continues to amaze us. This particular project is a step beyond anything we ever anticipated. The level of detail in the graphic and the time spent on it makes this deck a true work of art. Why does a pro grab this deck out of the line to ride? Because it performs at a pro standard. The Guerrilla is an amazing directional freestyle board that meets Johnny’s needs while filming his part for 8 Mile and shooting with Scott Serfas. 160CM 159CM WIDE 157CM * 5 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 26“ maximum stance width * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 154CM WIDE 154CM * Poplar Tip-To-Tail Wood Core * MediumFlex Rating = 6 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Directional Freestyle shape * Easy-to-repair Extruded fast base factory waxed 151CM 148CM 03 THEGUERRLLIASERIES The Directional Freestyle Board GRAFFITIATTACK The World’s landmarks are no longer safe! Snowboarding is fun. Cartoons are colorful and fun. Why not combine them in a dope graphic and use them for the Color Series, that’s is exactly what we did. Enjoy! Five different skulls in ceremonial head dresses are printed on the topsheet with silver and gunmetal inks. Florida based artist Joshua Smith has been working with Endeavor since day one. His incredible vector art is unparalleled. Joshua’s list of clients speaks for itself. Check out his blog and portolio online at www.hydro74.com. Our reverse camber boards are perfect for beginneers because of the 6mm rise from center to nose/tail, preventing the rider from catching their nose and tail contact points. Perfect for jibbers who want to lock into their prices or the rider who wants a fun mellow board to throw around on hit runs. 159CM * 5 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 24.5” maximum stance width * Poplar Tip-To-Tail Wood Core 156CM 153CM * Reverse Camber Directional Twin Tip Freestye Snowboard * Medium Flex Rating = 7 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Easy-to-repair Extruded fast die cut base factory waxed * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 151CM 148CM 05 THER.C.SERIES An entire series dedicated to beginners, THEFIVEKINGS Dead kings with elaborate head dresses KEVINGRIFFIN Photo: Brian Hockenstein Location: NORTH VANCOUVER Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / REVERSE CAMBER SERIES Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / REVERSE CAMBER SERIES Freestyle Snowboard for 8 Years Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / LIVE SERIES JohnnyCrushesWithIt Talented Artist exhibits his work with Endeavor One board for the season - this one is it The Live Series has always been a show piece in keeping with this style, we chose to use it as Mr. Jago’s canvas. Going to his studio in Bristol, we selected eight of his pieces. We photographed these and applied them to what you are holding in your hands. Mr. Jago is as high profile as it gets - from working with Addict Streetwear to exhibiting in numerous galleries around the world, he has developed a following dedicated to his work (we’re one of them). See more at www.mrjago.com. Pro rider Johnny Lyall hates switching up decks so he depends on the Live Series to be his multi purpose deck. With a mellower flex and an RC available in the 156, Johnny knows he can roll this on a hit line day at Whistler or take it to Brandywine for pillow lines. 163CM R.C. 161CM WIDE 159CM 157CM WIDE 156CM R.C. * 10 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 24.5” maximum stance width * Poplar Tip-To-Tail Wood Core 156CM 153CM * Directional Twin Tip Freestye Snowboard * Medium Flex Rating = 6 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Extremely fast Sintered 7500 base factory waxed * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 151CM 148CM 06 THELIVESERIES The Best Selling Directional Twin DESIGNEDBYMR.JAGO StreetRootedFineArt Paint splatters and spray paint with a purpose Endeavor Snowboard Design / 2010/11 Fall Winter Collection / LIVE SERIES BC with the Ultimate Freeride Board DESIGNEDBYTREVORPAUL ANewTakeonFreestyle South Africa Represent A unique shape and aggressive construction British Columbia is one of the most beautiful places in the world so why not use it as inspiration for our graphic. Impressed by his portfolio, we commissioned him to gives us a new take on a spray paint graphic. Trevor has done work for numerous clients including the movie DISTRICT 9 and is based out of Johannesburg. Not for the beginner or slow poke on the hill, the Next is our new take on freestyle. Entartete Kunst is German for “degenerate art”, a term developed by Nazi theorists to describe most modern art. Trained in classical animation, Derek has spent the last 10 years working in the animation and video game fields. He is currently at Next Level Games working as a concept designer in the studio’s business development/I.P. creation department. The versatifilty the H5 offers makes this deck the obvious choice for Jody when filming his part for Sandbox. Jody rides rails, park, and huge custom hits and needs to know that his board will react when he needs it to. 159CM * 10 Tip-To-Tail Carbon Stringers for “POP” * Stance centered on contact points * 26” maximum stance width * Poplar Tip-To-Tail Wood Core 157CM R.C. 155CM * Skateboard Style Flat Kicks * Medium Flex Rating = 6 (1 is stiff / 10 is soft) * Extremely fast Sintered 7500 base factory waxed * Aggressive sidecut for quick turns 153CM 151CM 08 THEHIGH5SERIES Premium Twin Tip Freestyle Entartete Kunst A personal project of Derek Stenning BRENDONDRURY Photo: I.J.
