3 on Plan 40R-291 05 (This by-law follows the recommendation in Report
PW0-02116 of Ben Kester Director of Public Works and Operations during
the regular meeting of January 18, 2016)

Being a by-law to assume Deer Park Subdivision 18T-98021, Part of Lot
16, Concession 3, and that Ridge Road on Plan 40M-2315 be dedicated
and assumed as a public highway (Trifiletti East)
