Since this town is situated
on a bank, the sea is visible

an intersection for the village
roads which lead to the various

Our Offer
Osor
Come and visit the small, romantic
seaport of Valun and the mountain
village of Lubenice. On summer
evenings, well known musical
performances take place here.
The town of Orlec is situated 240 m
above sea level, not directly at the
sea and lives exclusively on sheep
farming. Orlec is derived from
the Croatian word “Orao” which
means eagle (griffon vulture).
A colony of griffon vultures has
settled down in the direct vicinity.
You can already see them circling
the sky from a distance.

Cres is the biggest city on the
island which shares the same
name and the second largest
city of the archipelago. Venetian
influence can best be experienced
while strolling through the
narrow streets and alleys. The
numerous churches, palaces, city
gates and towers allude to the
city’s ancient history.

health resort. In modern Mali
Lošinj you can find hospital,
pharmacy, police station, postal
office, shipyard, banks, numerous shops and inviting cafes
along the harbor boardwalk.
The newly designed plaza in
front of the harbor invites you
to linger.
It is a real pleasure to take a walk
through the lucious vegetation
of the island of Unije. Ilovik is
known as flower island because
almost every house is surrounded by roses, oleander and other
beautiful flowers. A boat trip to
the island of Susak will also be
worth your time since this is the
only island in the Adriatic Sea
with a sandy beach.

A unique world
of animals, birds
and plants
Veli Lošinj is situated 4 km
south-east of Mali L ošinj.
Directly at the mouth to the
harbor, the impressive baroque
parish church with its bell tower
rises up. Sailors brought back
the numerous exotic and unusual flowers from their distant
travels.

biggest city in the Kvarner Bay.

Should you, contrary to expectations, experience a cloudy day
on your vacation, you could use
this time to go visit a museum in
Cres (municipal museum in the
Arsan Palace), Osor (archaeological collection, former tohop’s
palace), Mali Lošinj (museum
of sacral art, archaeological
collection, cathedral) or Veli
Lošinj (the tower – Kula). You
can also visit the many churches
and cloisters with their valuable
treasures.

Geographical
position
The islands of Cres and Lošinj
are part of an island group in
the Kvarner Bay. In Osor a
swing bridge connects Cres,
the largest Croatian island
(length 68 km, width 13 km) to
the island of Lošinj. The island
group of Lošinj encompasses
the islands of Lošinj (74.68
km²) as well as the smaller
islands of Unije, Ilovik, Susak,
Srakane and other uninhabited
islands.
Climate
The northern part of the island
of Cres is part of the sub Mediterranean zone, the rest of the island group of the Mediterranean
zone. The climate is sunny and
mild, with warm, dry summers
and rainy autumns and winters.
The average air temperature
in summer is 24°C. The sea
temperature in summer is 22°C.
The most common winds are
Bora (north-easterly wind), Jugo
(southerly wind) and Maestral
(north-westerly wind).

Naturist Camping Baldarin
The Baldarin nudist campground is located
in an area resembling a nature park. Nestled
among a thick grove of stone pines, the area
has direct access to the ocean.

A cancellation fee of E 37,- is
to be paid if the person renting
the object cancels the rental

In case of verifiable loss of rent
due to cancellation, the person
renting out the object is entitled
to charge the person renting the
object. In this case the cancellation
fee does not apply. In case of
illness, which must be confirmed
by medical certificate, the guest
is reimbursed the money less the
cancellation fee.

take place within the year of
booking. If a stay is cut short,
