This unique villa, located on the beach, is built on 1100m². It has its own private pool, beach and garden. In addition to a small bedroom there
is a hall, a sitting and dining room as well as 5 excellent bedrooms with separate bathrooms. This outstanding villa also has a Jacuzzi, as well
as home office, fitness center, Turkish bath and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa also has a separate bedroom with a bathroom near
the entrance. For California villa guests, privileged Butler service is being provided free of charge.
Miami, Dubai and St. Tropez Villa (500m²)
These 3 wonderful designed villas, each 500m², are located on the beach and have theirs own private open pool. In addition to a small
bedroom there is a hall, a sitting and dining room as well as 4 excellent bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Each villa also has a home office
and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa guests have a privileged Butler service provided free of charge.
