C70 Builders, Inc, has been providing professional construction services since 1971.
I
t is our philosophy to provide quality
construction on a timely basis, while consistently
meeting the needs and expectations of our
clients through personal service and attention.
The majority of our experience has been working
on projects with private developers and major
tenants on a repeat basis. Our accomplishments and
longevity as a general contractor reinforces the

combined with our knowledge, talent and resources,

Brent joined Construction 70, Inc. in 1981 as a
Project Manager/Estimator. In this position Brent
was responsible for commercial and industrial
projects starting from design development to the
completed finished project. In 1997 Brent became
President of C70 Builders, Inc. As president, it is
Brent’s intention to guide C70 Builders, Inc. in a
manner that provides quality service to our clients.
It is his goal to build a client’s respect and trust as
well as providing complete satisfaction. Brent
guarantees projects delivered on time, surrounding
himself with employees who are organized and
dedicated to the needs of our clients and
colleagues.
Brent has been in the construction industry since
1979.

Bill joined Construction 70, Inc. in 1974 as a project manager, where
he handled estimating, negotiating contracts, planning, design and
project management. His objective was to be competitive on
estimates, have personal and good business relations with owners,
and to complete projects in a workmanlike and efficient manner.
In 1981 Bill became president, where he led the company with
three philosophy commitments: to our clients—the desire to increase knowledge to serve, and the diligence to perform; to our
colleagues—the recognition that our individual achievements are
the product of our combined efforts; and to ourselves—the
understanding that our conduct each day must reflect our personal
integrity and self-worth. In 1998 Bill became chairman of Construction 70, Inc. and vice president of C70
Builders, Inc. It is Bill’s sincere desire to assist C70 Builders, Inc. with the goal of improving our service
and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Bill has been in the construction industry since 1967.

Dan joined C70 Builders, Inc. in 2002 as a Project Manager/Estimator.
In this position Dan is responsible for commercial and industrial projects
starting from design to development to the complete finished project. Prior
to Dan joining C70 Builders, Inc. he has worked as a carpenter and
superintendent for 6 years at Gurtek Homes, a residential construction
company from 1986 to 1992. Dan then worked as a Senior Project Manager
for 10 years at ECI Total Building & Construction Services, Inc. from 1992 to
2002. It is Dan’s goal to continue the C70 Builders quality of service to their
clients and to continue to build client’s respect and trust as well as providing
complete satisfaction.
Dan has been in the construction industry since 1983.

manager assistant to both Brent and William J. Sievers, while also processing
accounts payable needs. Her knowledge of the bidding process, contracts,
pay applications, tracking lien waivers, etc. has proved her to be an
invaluable member of the C70 Builders, Inc. family.
