All orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. Any

1.All seeds are quoted as F.O.B. Tokyo, Japan in US Dollars or Japanese
yen.
2.All prices are subject to change without notice.
3.All items offered are subject to crop failures, shortages or other causes
beyond our control, including being unsold on receipt of order.
4.As for phytosanitary certificate and origin certificate if needed, we
will charge agreed amount in US$ or JP¥. Additional documentation if
requested will be billed accordingly.
5.Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds
under all circumstances. We shall not be responsible for the loss of any
product, profit or any other indirect or consequential damages.Buyers
must report by registered mail with pictures any claim that seeds are
defective within 30 days after defect becomes apparent.
6.In the event of crop shortage, orders will be filled in a pro-rata basis
giving preference to contract orders. Only after these contract orders
have been entirely fulfilled will orders received later be filled.
7.Open account is available for seeds only for customers with approved
credit. Payment must be paid within 30days from invoice date.
8.We cordially ask that customers with approved credit on open account
to consolidate seed purchases into minimum orders of US$ 300 or
JP¥ 30,000 per shipment. We regret that it will be necessary to add a
US$35 or JP¥3,500 service charge on all orders less than US$ 300 or
JP¥ 30,000.
9.For customers without frequent transactions we cordially ask to
consolidate your seed purchases into minimum orders of US$ 300 or
JP¥ 30,000 per order and remit the C&F invoice amount in advance by
telegraphic transfer.
10.An additional US$ 0.50 or JP¥50 charge per packet will be billed if
your packing is requested in multiple packets.
11.All the prices in the price list are wholesale prices. For your own
protection, do not loan the price list to anyone not entitled to wholesale
prices.
12.Seed count: Seed count is given for most varieties. All counts should be
considered as “approximate seed counts”as they will vary by variety
and seed lot.
13.Descriptions in this catalogue: Variety description are based on the
trials in our research station in Ibaraki prefecture in Japan. Results
may vary due to climatic and cultural differences.
14.Seed may not be returned without written authorization and
shipping instructions. All orders are accepted subject to the following
terms and conditions. Any variations agreed by Murakami in writing

in winter and early spring. Unique a little pointed petals.
F1 Pearl White
High centered rose shape, medium small light creamy white
flowers with thick petals. One of the latest varieties in our
assortments with tall stems with little useless side shoots.
F1 Fancy Blue Flash
Early, large flowering light blue flash. The blush is stable under
low temperature. Applicable for both late autumn and early
spring crops. Stems tend to be soft under excessive watering.
F1 Fancy Lavender
Shining bright lavender. A little pointed petals give an
elegant looking. Stems are slender but hard and rigid.
Not suitable for summer crop.
F1 Fancy White
Early. Creamy white large flowers. Suitable for both semiearly forcing and late raising culture.
F1 Monarch Series Well adopts both for early forcing and late raising culture.
Medium early multi-blooming series with large semi-double flowers. Uniform growth and stable color.

Medium flowering medium-sized, rose-like shaped double flowers with solid, thick stems.

F1 Revolution Blue Sounds
Characteristically, 10-30% solid purple flowers appear and the ratio increases
as temperature goes down. Under cool and low light conditions, it turns to
totally solid purple. But both picotee and solid flowers are fully double.
F1 Revolution Snow
Whiter and thicker petals than Revolution White. Stay very
uniform and suitable for both semi-forcing and late raising
culture.

Medium small rose shaped intensive green with strong
stems. The dark green stays distinctive even in hot
