An Appeal to Heaven
Blessed Mary Immaculate, our Mother, we ask you to intercede for us as
we appeal to Heaven for the protection of our Religious Liberty and the
Judeo-Christian values that are the foundation of this nation which has
been so blessed by our Creator since its founding.
Almighty GOD, hear the prayers of your people. Give us courage,
strength and wisdom to speak boldly and loudly as we defend our
Religious Liberty! Holy Spirit, guide our nation’s leaders and instill in
them the burning desire to protect the precious liberties
that are your gift to mankind.
"It is religion and morality alone, which can establish the principles upon which freedom can
securely stand ... the only foundation for a free constitution is pure virtues, and if this cannot
be inspired into our people, in a greater measure, than they have it now, they may change their

The First Amendment Defense Act
House Bill or Senate Bill
This religious freedom bill is currently before Congress – now! During the months of
August and September, it is absolutely critical that each and every one of us contacts
our representatives’ offices to let them know that you support the First Amendment
Defense Act. THEY ARE HEARING VERY LITTLE FROM WE THE PEOPLE
AND YOUR VOICES MUST BE HEARD!
The consequences of this bill being defeated are:
The Federal government can easily punish religious churches, religious institutions
or individuals who do not support same-sex marriage by:


Taking away their tax exemptions. Religious institutions would be taxed
effectively out of existence (poorest churches and neighborhood services would
disappear first) and donations to such churches and charities would NOT be
tax deductible;
Denying them grants, contracts, certifications, licenses, typical federal benefits,
JOBS, etc.
The consequences of taking no action are far-reaching and will go beyond the
marriage issue and will extend to contraception, abortion and beyond.
