NAI Earle Furman Represents Anchor Tenant at ONE in
Downtown Greenville
Earle Furman, SIOR recently represented Haynsworth, Sinkler, Boyd, P.A. in
leasing a 41,758 SF office space at ONE.
ONE will be a $100 Million, 375,000 SF mixed use development located
in downtown Greenville. Construction of the project began recently with
completion expected in 2012. Certus Bank and Anthropologie are among
the other anchor tenants that will join Haynsworth, Sinkler, Boyd, P.A.
“Our firm has spent approximately two years working toward our lease
at the ONE development. Earle has guided us carefully, calmly, and
professionally through the maze of decision making that was required
to get to that point. He helped us explore options and kept us fully informed as we made decisions. We are thrilled to
have accomplished what we have and very much appreciate Earle’s help in doing so,” said Anne Ellefson, Shareholder at

SCOTT JONES AND STUART WYETH NAMED SHAREHOLDERS AT NAI EARLE FURMAN
NAI Earle Furman proudly announces that Scott Jones, SIOR and Stuart Wyeth have been named Shareholders at the firm.
“Scott and Stuart have demonstrated a true commitment to our firm and the profession as a whole. All of the existing
Shareholders and I are thrilled to recognize them both with this promotion,” said Earle Furman, Chairman of NAI Earle Furman.
Scott graduated from the University of Georgia prior to joining NAI Earle Furman as a commercial office
specialist. Scott specializes in commercial office sales and leasing in the Central Business District and the
suburbs of Greenville. Additional emphasis is placed on working with office properties located in the Pelham
Road corridor and also the disposition of income producing properties. Between 2007 and 2011, Scott and
his team completed 209 transactions accounting for $42,000,000 in transaction volume. Scott became an
active member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2003. Scott has over 16 years of office
brokerage experience that are a true asset to the firm.
Stuart began his association with NAI Earle Furman in 2005 while completing his master’s degree in City
and Regional Planning at Clemson University. Upon graduation, Stuart rapidly excelled in office leasing and
sales, working in all aspects of office property advisory and brokerage services with an emphasis on landlord
representation. Today, Stuart and his team currently handle an office and warehouse portfolio of over 1,000,000
square feet for various local, regional and institutional property owners. Between 2008 and 2010, Stuart and
his team completed 242 lease and sales transactions accounting for $63,000,000 in transaction volume,
despite the difficult economic climate. Since 2008, Wyeth has been recognized by NAI Earle Furman for completing the most
transactions per year at the firm and is consistently a top producer.

retirement of dave reeves
NAI Earle Furman announces the retirement
of industrial broker, Dave Reeves. Reeves
joined the company in 1988 and specialized
in industrial sales and leasing with a focus
on textile related properties. Prior to joining
NAI Earle Furman, he earned both his B.S.
Degree and legal education from St. Louis
University and served as a Director of Real
Estate for Ralston Purina Company, as well as J. P. Stevens &
Company and as President of IDRC.
During his time at NAI Earle Furman, he was involved in a wide
array of transactions including sales of textile and textile related
properties in excess of $100,000,000. Reeves became a
principal with the firm in 2005 and offered a wealth of knowledge
and experience.

contributed much by virtue of his vast experience as Director
of Real Estate for both Ralston Purina and JP Stevens. His
leadership as a shareholder of NAI Earle Furman will surely be

Stuart Wyeth, a top producing office broker at NAI Earle Furman, represented OZRE
Greenville in the long term lease renewal of General Electric’s 66,000 SF office lease
located at Park Central Office Park. General Electric will continue to occupy the space
for their engineering offices.
Park East and sister property Park Central make up a 564,844 square feet office

Coordinator for Lamar Outdoor Advertising, one of
the largest billboard companies in the country.
