Monde et vous allez profiter de la puissance de ce moteur TM323 specialement déssiné pour le Revo.
Dans ce court tutorial, nous vous expliquerons comment échanger votre TRX contre le nouveau TM323. Nous vous suggérons
d’étudier avec attention ce tutorial pour profiter complètement de la puissance de votre TM323.

1) Devissez la vis de fixation du support moteur
côté intérieur puis la vis coté extérieur
2) Après avoir devissé l’arceau, retirez le capot
du servo de gaz, démontez tous le fils d’alimentation, et le coude d’échappement, retirez le moteur
et son support moteur.
3) Dévissez les vis du lanceur électrique du moteur TRX2.5 d’origine et retirez le lanceur avec
soin. Remontez le lanceur sur votre moteur RB et
vissez les vis avec fermeté, mais sans excés.
4) Démontez l’embrayage du moteur d’origine et
remontez le à l’identique sur votre moteur RB.
Utilisez le cône de l’embrayage.
5) Remontez le renvoi de commande de gaz en
faisant passer la boule de commande dans la
fente.
6) Replacez la commande en faisant passer la
manivelle dans le renvoi de commande de gaz.
7) Replacez le moteur RB sur le châssis après
avoir placé la commande dans le trou de la pièce
de jonction fixée sur le palonier du servo de gaz
8) Vissez d’abord la vis de fixation du support
moteur sans la sérrer complètement.
Avant de serrer la vis extérieur, réglez l’entre
dent : placez une feuille de papier entre le pignon
et la couronne et plaquez le moteur pendant que
vous serrez la vis.

10) Vérifiez que votre commande de gaz fonctionne parfaitement et si le carburateur s’ouvre
totalement en position plein gaz. Pour obtenir un
fonctionnement parfait, il faut positionner le curseur de commande de gaz sur la position 70/30.
10) Il est possible qu’il soit necessaire de régler la
position de la bague d’arrêt sur la tringlerie :
repositionner la bague de façon à ce que le carburateur s’ouvre totalement et revienne à sa position de ralenti lorsque vous lachez l’accélérateur.
11) Allumez la radio et accélérez à fond. Vérifiez
que la tranglerie ne touche pas la boule de la
commande. Si c’est le cas, tordez légèrement la
tringlerie. Vous pouvez remplacer le ressort d’origine par un plus souple pour améliorer le fonctionnement de la commande.
12) N’oubliez pas de replacer la masse lorsque
vous rembranchez les fils d’alimentation du moteur électrique du démarreur.
13) Montez le résonateur en utilisant la durit d’origine. Serrez la vis de fixation fermement pour
immobiliser le pot sur la corde à piano.
14) Faites passer le fil de la bougie entre deux
ailettes de la culasse, puis rebranchez le connecteur sur l’électrode de la bougie.
15) Montez et fixez fermement le filtre à air. Profitez en pour changer votre mousse de filtre à air
par une neuve largement huilée. La vie de votre
moteur en dépend.

Dear Customer:
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing RB Concept, and we are certain that you will enjoy the power
and performance of this specially designed TM323 engine for your REVO!
In this instruction sheet, we will offer some tips and suggestions on how to exchange the original TRX engine for your new
TM323 power unit, and we suggest that you invest some time and read these instructions thoroughly in order to make this
conversion as easy as possible.
As always, should you have any questions about this procedure, it is best to contact your Hobby Shop where you purchased
your engine for additional support.
1) Release the original TRX engine from your
REVO by removing the two engine mounting
screws as shown in the picture above. Carefully
remove the air filter unit from the original TRX
engine, and at this time it is a good idea to either
clean or replace the foam inside the air filter to
ensure maximum protection for your new TM323
engine.
2) Remove the rollover protection bar, loosen
the exhaust pipe retaining screw, unscrew the
servo linkage lever from the engine mount,
remove the fuel line from the carburetor, remove
the pressure line from the exhaust pipe, and
finally remove the electrical wiring attached to
the original TRX engine. You should now be
able to remove the original TRX engine from your
REVO without problem.
3) Remove the entire electric starting unit from
the TRX engine, and then mount it in the same
way on your new TM323 engine, being careful
that the small shim that comes installed on your
new TM323 engine is located on the starter shaft
between the rear cover and the one-way
bearing.
4) Remove the entire clutch unit from the original
TRX engine, and then mount it in the same way
on your new TM323 engine.
5) Attach the servo lever first to the carburetor
linkage ball, and then to the engine mount on
your new TM323 engine, being careful to ensure
that it operates freely and does not bind, and
also that it remains attached to the linkage ball
when the carburetor slide is opened fully. If this
servo lever assembly is worn sufficiently, you
may need to replace with a new one.
6) Attach the servo linkage wire to the servo
lever as shown in the photo above.
7) If necessary, reattach the servo linkage
wire to the servo, and carefully locate your
new TM323 engine in place in your REVO.
8) Locate the first engine mounting screw, and
at this time you should not tighten this completely
since the gear mesh will need to be adjusted
first.
9) Place a small piece of paper between the
gears, then push the engine fully into place and
locate the second engine mounting screw. Next,
remove the small piece of paper and when
satisfied with the gear mesh, tighten both
screws fully to secure the engine tightly in place.

10) Next, you should check to ensure that your
throttle linkage is working properly, and to be
certain that the carburetor is opening and closing
completely. In order to allow the carburetor of
your new TM323 engine to open and close
completely, you must use the NEUTRAL position
(70/30) on your transmitter.
11) You might also need to adjust the position of
the linkage wire collar in order to achieve this
correct operation of the carburetor, so take some
time to ensure that this works perfectly and your
carburetor opens and closes completely.
12) Without starting your engine, turn the radio
on and test the operation of the carburetor by
fully opening and closing the throttle of your radio. Should you notice any contact between the
carburetor ball and the linkage wire during this
test, carefully bend the linkage wire slightly to
allow the carburetor slide to open fully without
this binding. You might also find that replacing
the original spring with a softer one will help
ensure that the carburetor slide opens
completely.
13) Secure the wire contact of the electric starter to your new TM323 engine as shown above,
and then attach the fuel line to the black composite fitting on the high speed needle on the
carburetor.
14) Attach the specially developed exhaust manifold to your new TM323 engine with the two
small springs, and then affix the exhaust pipe to
the manifold using the original blue connector
that came with your REVO. Secure the specially
developed exhaust pipe to your REVO in the
same manner as the original, and then attach the
pressure line (from the fuel tank) to the fitting on
the exhaust pipe.
15) We suggest locating the contact wire for the
glow plug between the cooling fins on your new
engine to reduce the chances that this wire can
be cut or damaged should your REVO flip when
unleashing all of the horsepower of your new
TM323 engine!
16) Mount and secure your original air filter (did
you remember to clean or replace the foam as
suggested in point 1 above?). Always remember
that the life of any engine is heavily dependent
on the proper use of a good air filter…
You are now ready to use your new RB Concept TM323 engine!
We suggest that you refer to the starting and running-in instructions for the original TRX engine, and
proceed in the same manner for your new RB Concept TM323 engine.
With this engine, you will also find a technical sheet that features and exploded view of the engine,
containing technical specifications, spare parts numbers and base carburetor settings.
