company based in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.

Safaris is our Zambian operation based out of Mkushi but operates
throughout the Luangwa Valley and the Bangweulu Swamps. With
these two countries’ vast hunting opportunities at our disposal we can
offer you the most diverse set of species in all of africa. At the end of

THERE HASN’T BEEN A RIFLE HUNTER ON
THESE PROPERTIES IN OVER A DECADE.
The majority of hunting is done from pit
blinds around naturally occuring waterholes
with AN AVERAGE SHOT OF ONLY 14 YARDS!
The way these blinds have been designed and
built decrease your scent factor and reduce
the amount of sound leaving the blind.

With a full service bow shop, 24 hour
shooting range, and guides who have a

Rifle Hunting:

While we take great pride in all aspects of
your stay while on safari, HUNTING IS OUR
PASSION.
All of our rifle hunting concessions have
large numbers of trophy quality animals
giving you multiple opportunities at all of
the species throughout your hunt.
All rifle hunts take place on Choronga
Safaris’ premier concessions. The south african
hunting areas are situated along the Limpopo
River and the surrounding Bushveld. These
areas are littered with arguably the best
plains game hunting in all of the world!
We have worked very hard over the years to
develop and maintain excellent relationships
with our landowners in order to ensure
that we’ve got access to the absolute best
hunting areas in our region.
SPOT AND STALK IS THE METHOD OF CHOICE
DURING RIFLE HUNTS, but we do use
blinds for special circumstances that may
arise during your safari. Our concessions
are rich in game and provide you with
the unique opportunity of hunting
various types of terrain and habitat each
and every day of your hunt.

All of our Professional Hunters have years
of experience hunting these animals and will
make sure you have a safe and exciting
huniing experience.
The dangerous game hunting areas in South
Africa are located in the Kalahari Desert
of the Northwest Province & the rolling
hills of the mpumalanga province on
the edge of the kruger national park.
With South Africa’s infrastructure it
is possible to drive to all of these
hunting areas but charter flights are
available and in some areas recommended.
We also have access to hunting areas in
several other african countries including
zimbabwe, mozambique, and zambia.
