Fall 2015 Newsletter
fall 2015 FORE! August 24, 2015 turned out to be another great day for our 26th Annual Golf Tournament which was held at Wachusett Country Club.107 people enjoyed a rain free day of great golf for the purpose of helping to Change a Life by raising funds for tuition assistance. THE 26TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT RAISES FUNDS FOR SCHOLARS Our Website Has a New Look NEW After registration all enjoyed lunch before teeing off. Following golf, there was a brief reception, silent and live auctions and a delicious dinner served by the Wachusett Country Club staff. The event raised almost $70,000 in revenue to help support the 40 scholarships totaling $200,000 awarded for the 2015- 2016 academic year. This aid helps families who want to provide their children with a Catholic school education but need assistance to do so. Now in our 27th year, we have provided 1,250 awards totaling $3,600,000 for the 26 years of the program. If you are interested in learning more about our program, please visit our website at www.adopta-student.net or contact us at [email protected] to schedule a tour and lunch at one of our schools or to share your thoughts and ideas. To our supporters, thank you for all you do to help Change a Life! Robert R. Pape Chairman The Adopt-A-Student website is sporting a new look with its new responsive design.
