How does the Shop Local Contest work?
1) Visit as many participating stores as you can between Saturday, February 10th and Saturday, February 28th, 2014. Receive ONE Contest Card per purchase.
2) To receive a Contest Card in one of the retail establishments you need to buy something (of any value) in the store. Contest Cards are distributed with a store purchase. In non-retail establishments,
simply ask the staff for your Contest Card.
3) You must drop off your contest cards by February 28th 2014 at 4pm at each store. You may also drop off your contest cards at 1041 Pape Avenue by putting them through the mail slot at the Pape Avenue
door of Bethany Church. You may also mail your Contest Cards to “Pape Village BIA”, 1041 Pape Ave., Toronto, ON, M4K 3W1, postmarked no later than February 28, 2014.
4) Contest draw will be held on Wednesday March 5th, 2014.The Prize Draw will be held in the following order: 1) $500 Grand Prize of Shopping Spree in any one or more participating “Shop Local” stores, 2)
$200 Shopping Spree in any one or more of the participating shop local stores;
3) $100 Shopping Spree in any of the participating “Shop Local” stores.
5) All three prize winners will be asked to select gift certificates from any of the list of participating stores and specify
their requested amount (up to the maximum value of their prize) from each store.

Shop Local Contest Rules
1. No purchase necessary. To receive one free Contest Card without purchase to be entered in the Draw, write to “Pape Village BIA”, 1041 Pape Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4K 3W1, requesting your
free Contest Card and providing your name and address
2. Contest is open to shoppers 18 years of age and older. Prizes must be accepted as presented and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Pape Village BIA Board members and their immediate families are not eligible for any “Shop Local” Contest winnings. Pape Village BIA Participating Store employees may enter the Contest, but may not
submit a Contest Card from the store at which they work.
4. Pape Village BIA reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or duplicate Contest Cards.
5. Contest winners agree to abide by any gift certificate conditions as issued by merchant. 6. Pape Village BIA, its employees and Board of Management assume no responsibility for any product or service
purchased during this contest.
7. Pape Village BIA reserves the right to alter these contest rules at any time for any reason without notice.
