The INSANE ZF gearbox sets new standards: more power with less
fuel consumption, especially high shifting quality and driving comfort.
It shifts beneath the level of human perception in fewer than 100 ms
with impressively high tensile force in low speeds alone. The driver can
individually determine the dynamics in the shift sequence by means
of defined parameter sets. The intelligent transmission control unit
provides perfect shifting moments.

BODY MODIFICATIONS
Customised lightweight bonnet, front grille, and roof rack.
Aluminium bonnet vents with high quality stainless steel
mesh, designed as an enhancement to the INSANE wide
arch or original body kit.
INSANE - branded aluminium front sump guard, finished
in high quality Zintec for maximum durability. Designed to
protect, and enhance the overall look.
LIGHTING
LED headlamps don’t just provide more illumination on the
road ahead. They offer a unique look that makes a statement,
so you can motor with confidence. The perfect fit for your
INSANE Defender.
These lamps are built to last for the off-road adventurer who
wants to cover new ground on the trail that never ends.
LED Spotlights
LED Daytime running headlights. Shockproof, durable and they
use less power for the luminosity. They have a long life, require
no maintenance beyond normal lens cleaning, and produce
light with a colour temperature that is close to daylight.
Headlight protectors
These covers fit over existing headlights to prevent stone chips
and other expensive damage.
VEHICLE WRAPPING
A wide variety of unique colour options are available, giving you
the opportunity to create your own unique vehicle wrap design.
VEHICLE WRAPPING
You can make a statement by personalising the exterior of
your INSANE DEFENDER by vinyl wrapping your car complete
with graphics. We can do a mini wrap, such as the bonnet or
the roof, or you can wrap the complete vehicle.
Described as the ‘paint replacement’ graphic film for full car wraps,
we use range of high quality wrapping films, featuring a single or
double layer of cast film (depending upon opacity of the colour)
with an additional layer of transparent film to protect the surface
against scratching.
The advantage of this transparent top layer is that it minimises the appearance of scratches, It also provides a more
enduring long term appearance than can be achieved with standard vinyls. It is easy to clean and will withstand high
pressure washing equipment; weather resistant; and has a petrol resistant adhesive.

CLOTH OF KINGS
”The Cloth of Kings" created to celebrate the role of Kings, Queens, Priests and
Emperors in preserving the noble fibre flocks of merino sheep, cashmere goats,
vicuna and llama, cloths from which in olden times were only worn by Kings and
nobility.
The cloth was inspired by Lady Dunmore, who's family owned the Isle of
Harris and Lewis. Tweed has been continued to be worn by Kings and Nobility
from olden times to present day.
Prince Albert designed the Balmoral Tartan for his wife and beloved Queen
Victoria back in 1853. 'The Cloth of Kings' has been inspired by the history of
Harris Tweed and continues to be worn amongst royal families to this day.
CLOTH OF KINGS
The Cloth of Kings, is perfect addition to your INSANE DEFENDER. Enhanced to absorb moisture, stain resistant & with a
anti-microbial finish. It meets fire proof standards, and stands up to over 40,000 abrasions, unlike conventional Harris Tweed.
We can apply this material to the seating, headliners and carpeting throughout the vehicle. A unique feel with a royal connection.
DASHBOARD
Dashboard top, grab handle and front & rear
door panel inserts wrapped in the Cloth of
Kings, Alcantara or leather.

SOUNDPROOFING
Engine Bay
All engine bay parts use our waterproof INSANE Sound proofing
material. This is a damping sheet to reduce bonnet vibrations and
an open cell Class “0″ acoustic foam to absorb engine noise. The foil
facing gives a wipe clean maintenance surface which also protects
the bonnet lid against heat discolouring. Acoustic Engine Blanket
can also be used to further suppress engine noise.
Interior Cab
Interior Cab Sound Barrier is used to cover the transmission tunnel,
bulkhead, bell housing coverings, front and sides of the seat boxes
in the front cab, and sound barrier is used for the front floors and
under the front seats.
Rear Section
Floor Section - Sound Barrier is used for the sides and tops of rear
wheel arches and the inner wing area above the wheel arch, on the
load space flooring area up to the rear door.
FLOORING
We have an entire rage of flooring and matting options
available to suit your requirements.
You can choose from a wooden floor, high grade close pile
automotive carpet, which is waterproof and of course our
exclusive royal collection, "The Cloth of Kings".
IN CAR ENTERTAINMENT
You spend a lot of time in your car. While a raucous engine note is
all well and good, sometimes you just want to sit back and enjoy
some music over the long haul.
Audio System Single Slot CD & Radio with MP3/Aux & Bluetooth,
wireless connectivity with audio streaming.
The head unit is fully integrated with your iPhone ,iPod or android
device allowing you to control music playback with the direct
control mode.
The Bluetooth wireless connectivity and microphone which is
included in the head unit allows for hands-free conversations.
Link lead installation to integrate iPod, iPhone, iPod touch and
android devices into vehicle audio system.
SATELLITE NAVIGATION
Insane Satellite and Multi-Media System. Revolutionary One Look Navi Concept, makes using your system much easier
and more efficient. The unique 50/50 split screen puts twice as much information on the display. For more convenient
operation of your Navigation System and iPhone, iPod, Bluetooth, DVD and USB devices. It includes interior facia and dial
surround in satin black. Rear view camera is available as an optional extra.
