Arrival during the afternoon with complimentary mulled wine and mince pies.
This will be followed by a three course table d’hôte dinner. Taxis can be ordered
to take you to the local churches to attend midnight communion if required.
FRIDAY 25TH DECEMBER - CHRISTMAS DAY
Breakfast from 8.00am. A day at your leisure, the morning is free to stroll into town or
why not watch the Eastbourne Silver Band concert at the Bandstand. A traditional
Christmas Day Luncheon with all the trimmings will be served at 1pm. A chance to watch
the Queen’s Speech in the afternoon. A buffet dinner will be served in the evening.
SATURDAY 26TH DECEMBER - BOXING DAY
Breakfast from 8.00am. Take a look at the local shops or go for a swim in the English Channel
(yes, some people do!), or spend the morning relaxing watching the Open Air Dancing at the
Bandstand. Buffet lunch will be served in the restaurant. Why not book tickets for the popular
Eastbourne Pantomime “Peter Pan” (additional cost applicable). Tea and Christmas cake
served in the afternoon. We will serve a Gala dinner in the evening.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are to be made through the events office Monday - Friday,
9am - 5pm, by either phoning on 01323 433903 or email
[email protected].
Deposits required, £10 per person for Christmas parties and £20 per person for New Year’s Eve
reservations. Full pre-payment for Christmas Day lunch, Boxing Day lunch to confirm booking, full
prepayment for New Year’s Eve to be made by 1st December 2015. 100% non refundable. Bookings are
provisional until a deposit is paid and confirmed in writing from the Events office.
Christmas party, final numbers and menu choices are required 2 weeks prior to the event. Final payment due
2 weeks prior to the party event date. Any additional numbers can only be booked if there is availability. All
transactions are non-refundable (including deposits).
A reserved place can be transferred to another, in the event of cancellation. Seating is at the discretion of the hotel
and will be finalised on the night. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or postpone party nights.
Any guests with a food allergy, intolerance and special dietary requirements must notify the hotel prior to the event.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate in the event of circumstances beyond the hotels control (e.g. increases
in the standard rate of VAT), the hotel may vary prices quoted to the extent which reflects such change in circumstances.
The customer is responsible to the hotel for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment
therein or to the hotel generally by any act. Default of neglect of the customer, subcontractor, employee or guests of the
customers shall pay to the hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under the agreement or liable to an
attendee or guest for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Including (without) limitation terrorist or serious potential for terrorist activity whether within the proximity of the hotel or in
the UK or worldwide and directly or indirectly affecting the UK, misconduct or negligence of an attendee, guest or external
third party, war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot or natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather,
military, activity, government or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure or an
interruption in external provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the hotel’s control.
