Inside this Wedding Guide you will find a variety of experience-based options that were designed to help
simplify the planning process and allow you to enjoy the wedding of your dreams. Also included, are several
Wedding Specials to help you maximize your budget, on-site ceremony details, and other important
information.
There are seven "Experiences" available that will vary by cuisine, beverage selections, and event
enhancements. However, unlike traditional "packages," they can be completely customized to better suit
your vision and budget. And, for couples that want it all...the ultimate wedding day experience and maximized
savings, without sacrificing quality...we encourage you to take a look at the Avanti Experience. It's perfect for
you!

On-Site Ceremonies
The Avanti Mansion ... the perfect setting for couples to exchange their wedding vows.
Selecting a beautiful space for your ceremony is a crucial part in planning
your wedding day. Not only can the Avanti Mansion help create an
incredible reception experience, but each of our three venues also has its
own separate ceremony site for you to enjoy. The four outdoor gardens
provide both natural beauty and romance, while the Library offers a more
traditional, regal, indoor option. In addition, an on-site ceremony gives
you and your guests the convenience of celebrating your special day, from
start to finish, all in one memorable location.
When your ceremony and reception are both held at the Avanti Mansion, the ceremony fee is discounted to $695.
This fee entitles you to the following amenities:
∙ The Bride and her bridesmaids are welcome to come on property two hours prior to the ceremony start time. You can
relax and enjoy time together in our exquisite bridal suite.
∙ A suite hostess will be available while you are on the property to assist you during the event.
∙ Unparalleled photo opportunities. Your photographer may also come two hours prior to the ceremony start time to
take pre-ceremony photos of the moments leading up to the exchanging of vows.
∙ The mini bar will be set up with complimentary sodas, waters and juices. Glassware is included.
∙ A complimentary bottle of champagne will be provided for you to enjoy.
∙ Our chef will prepare an array of goodies for you to enjoy in the bridal suite, prior to the ceremony.
∙ A one-hour ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding day is included in the ceremony fee. Should your officiant be
unable to attend this rehearsal, your wedding coordinator will lead you and your bridal party through the process.
There is no charge for our coordinator’s direction.
∙ The ceremony fee includes 100 FREE white padded chairs. Additional chairs are available for rent, if desired.
∙ Sand/Unity Candle Ceremonies will be provided a small round table, if requested during planning.
∙ Please note: the Groom and Groomsmen must arrive fully dressed. There are no provisions for on-site dressing for
the gentlemen unless client has paid for "Exclusive Use."
If you don't have an officiant to perform the ceremony, the Avanti Mansion can provide one for you.
The officiant’s fee is $375.

Important Information
We encourage you to read through the important information below.
EVENT TIMES
Friday and Saturday evening events are typically from 6:00pm—11:00pm. (Other times may be available upon request)
Afternoon events are scheduled from 11:00am—3:00pm. Sunday events have flexible event start times.
SEATING CAPACITY
Garden Receptions - up to 200* guests
Amore Grand Ballroom - up to 250* guests
Amore Library - up to 100* guests
* These numbers will vary depending on style of dinner service and event specifics
DIETARY RESTRICTED MEALS
Our ability to accomodate special dietary needs is limited to nut allergies, seafood allergies, lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan
and vegetarian meals. Child-friendly meals are also available.
*Limited to less than 10% of final guest count. FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Garden Reception Area:
Friday evening event minimum = $10,000
Saturday evening event minimum = $12,500
Sunday/Weekday event minimum = $7,500
Amore Grand Ballroom:
Friday evening event minimum = $11,000
Amore Library: Friday evening event minimum = $7,000
Event minimums do not include Exclusive Use fees, sales tax, administrative fees, non-Avanti rentals, Wed & Breakfast or
day-of coordination.
PRICING
All prices are subject to an 18% administrative fee and NYS sales tax. Events held on legal holidays are subject to additional staffing charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Wed & Breakfast options are subject to an additional
3% occupancy tax
RESERVATIONS
To reserve a specific date for your wedding, a $1,000 non-refundable reservation fee is required. Reservations are on a
first-come-first-serve basis. Dates will NOT be “held” without a signed catering agreement and a paid reservation fee.
Exclusive Use and/or Wed & Breakfast will only be guaranteed upon receipt of the non-refundable facility fee. See the

Policies& Procedures
The following information is being provided to ensure that your wedding is well planned and executed.
Please take a moment to review the following policies and procedures.
Should you have any questions, please contact your wedding consultant.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
• Dates cannot be “held” without a signed contract and
paid reservation fee.
• Reservation fees and subsequent payments are all
non-refundable.
• We always accept cash and checks. MC and Visa are only
accepted for your $1,000 reservation fee.
• Final payments are due no later than 10 days prior to your
event.
• Payments made within 10 days of your event, including the
day of your event, are cash only.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, until the Avanti
Mansion accepts a signed proposal of service, or 90 days
prior to the event date, whichever occurs first.
• All items are subject to an 18% administrative fee and 8.75%
NYS sales tax. Gratuity is at client’s discretion and is always
appreciated by our staff.
FOOD AND BEVEAGE INFORMATION
• Prices reflect a 5 hour event. Should you desire a longer
event, please ask your wedding coordinator for pricing.
• We do not allow food or beverages from outside sources to
be brought onto Avanti Mansion property. Exceptions may
be made at the discretion of management.
• A written proposal of service must be signed at least 60 days
prior to your event.
• For health and safety reasons, no uneaten foods or
non-consumed beverages may be taken off Avanti Mansion
property.
• We maintain the right to refuse service of alcoholic
beverages to any guest that may jeopardize their own safety
or the safety of other guests.
• We remind you that the drinking age is twenty-one (21) and
we are required to proof anyone whose age is in question,
including members of the bridal party.
• Shots and “doubles” are not served.
FOOD TASTINGS
• We host an annual food tasting event for our contracted
clients. You will be given two complimentary tickets to this
event. Other tickets may be purchased, while supplies last.
• Individual tastings are not provided.
GUEST COUNTS AND SEATING DIAGRAMS
• We must receive your final guaranteed guest count no
later than 14 days prior to your event.
• Once final count has been given, reductions cannot be
made.
• Our unique bracketed pricing allows for a few
unexpected extra guests. However, guests exceeding
your paid bracket amount cannot be accommodate unless
paid for prior to event.
• To ensure proper seating and organization, all events
must have assigned seats for guests. Sit-down meals
offering a “choice entrée” must provide color-coded
place cards.
• Place cards must be alphabetized by guest’s last name.
• The Avanti Mansion will provide you a with a CAD table
diagram with your final guest counts. Diagrams from outside
sources cannot be accepted.
• Your personal table diagram details are due at least 7 days
prior to the event date.
THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING
• Beginning the Tuesday before your event, you may bring
us any non-perishable items you’d like us to set out for
you. One of our wedding coordinators must receive your
items and go through them with you.
• Avanti staff will gladly place out traditional wedding
items. ALL items MUST BE “table ready”. This means
pre-assembled, out of their packages, exactly as the client
wants them to be displayed.
• Please make sure that all your boxes/packages/items are
clearly labeled with your name, date and venue.
• Please provide a detailed, written list of instructions. This
will ensure that our staff puts your items out according to
your wishes.
MISCELLANEOUS
• Music must be provided for the entire event.
• A security deposit will be collected with your final
payment to cover any damages or theft.
• All Entertainment will be required to supply proof of
current business liability insurance coverage, naming us as
an additional insured.
• To ensure that your wedding is successful, we ask all your
vendors to sign our House Terms & Conditions.
• Vendor deliveries and other set-up will be allowed two
hours prior to the contracted event start time.
• For liability reasons, the Avanti Mansion must either
provide, or pre-approve, all rental items.
• All items must be removed at the end of your event.
Items left behind will be disposed of.
