July 25, 2010 will receive 100% credit toward the 2011
ASI Convention registration.

July 25, but before August 4, 2010, will receive
50% credit toward the 2011 ASI Convention
registration.

No cash refund will be made for any cancellation.

Cancellations made on-site at the 2010 convention
will receive no credit.

appropriate financial information, and submit
to the ASI office or register online at www.
ASIministries.org.

Each exhibiting organization must register its
primary on-site contact person. This name
and contact information will appear in the ASI
Convention Program.
❷ Read and sign Exhibitor’s Commitment.
▸
One person from each exhibiting organization
must stay at an ASI convention hotel or pay an
alternate hotel fee ($50).
▸
Exhibitors are required to display for the duration of
the convention (Wednesday–Saturday evening).
▸
Exhibitors are responsible to insure themselves
against damage or theft. ASI is not responsible
for loss of exhibitor equipment or personal
belongings.

Only exhibits registered by June 25, 2010, can be
listed in the ASI Convention Program.

Exhibitor set-up is Wednesday, August 4, from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any space not set up by 5:00
p.m. may be reassigned by ASI as needed. Take down
begins Saturday evening, August 7, at 10:30 p.m. and
must be completed by midnight.
Exhibit materials must be shipped according to
decorator specifications, not to a hotel. Shipping and
handling charges are provided in the Exhibit Services
information.

scheduled Sabbath hours; commercial booths must
remain closed, with commercial items covered or
placed out of sight. Commercial exhibits will close
