J. Romanowski stated that the letter that was originally going to be sent was to
inform the property owners of two possible alternatives: 1. The City would build

wider street at their cost for properties on both sides, or, 2. If the people on the
North side need a better driveway the City could, at the property owner' s cost,

Mr. Carlson volunteered to draft the letter.
Craig stated that it is his opinion that in light of the fact that no one wants a
public road, the letter it should state that the property owners themselves are
responsible for making the improvements.

Mike Scaff reported that all of the roads are done. There are just a couple of
items that need to be completed, but we have withheld 5% to cover that. No bill

that this could be used for. He is getting some quotes from Wolf for doing some
cutting and patching on Main St. The only other road that he thinks needs
immediate attention is Kemper ( by St. John' s), it is still a gravel road. The only
concern is the fal; t that the road is not where the actual right- of-way is. He will
investigate.

drawing that showed about . 27 acre feet above the bottom where the water is.
They indicated that the water depth was 4 - 5 feet deep, and with that it came up
near the .4 acre feet. He said that Jim Romanowski asked Welch- Hanson to
complete an as- built also. According to F. Welch, they have done more work
there. He then referenced the second page of the report. Welch- Hanson came
up with a storage volume now of only 0. 167, which is less than half of what
should be there.
