J. Romanowski stated that the letter that was originally going to be sent was to
inform the property owners of two possible alternatives: 1. The City would build

Mike Scaff reported that all of the roads are done. There are just a couple of
items that need to be completed, but we have withheld 5% to cover that. No bill
