All those who have known me since a couple of
months back would totally agree to the fact that I have
completely transformed.Today, I am here to share
the story of my transformaton that has had
the most positive impact on me so far.
I got married 15 years ago and gradually as time passed with
all the happiness, stress , tension, taking care of two lovely
daughters …I gained 22 kgs. I would never pose for pictures
or else try to hide behind someone in a picture.
All this while, I came across many concepts like - skip a meal
and take a shake instead, but I was never too convinced.
Finally I was introduced to Wellness by Oriflame in March 2014.
This was the life changing moment for me as I discovered the
concept of Meal Supplement versus Meal Replacement. I also
discovered the 4 cornerstones of Wellness Lifestyle taking a Well balanced nutritious diet, high quality supplement,
exercise, well being.
I started with Nutrishake and Omega 3 along with my breakfast
and I followed the plate model.The Nutrishake kept me full and
gave me a lot of energy for the day. In the evening when I would
feel hungry I took another serving of Nutrishake.
The next step was to start with 20 minutes of morning and
evening walks everyday and I started to count 10,000
steps daily. Every time that I would deviate from the
routine and get lured to junk food minus the
exercises, I would quickly return to my
Wellness routine of regular walking and
eating judiciously.
Today, after having followed the wellness
lifetstyle for over 9 months, I feel proud and
confident to share that my Visceral fat has
come down from 16.5 to 8.
A person like me who did very little physical
activity could now complete a Half Marathon
and most importantly I have lost over 16Kg
of weight now.
