National Kidney Foundation
 is an NGO, a non-profit, charitable organisation founded
in 1969.
 operates 28 dialysis centres nationwide, except in
Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.
 1,500 patients being treated in our dialysis centres
Vision
To be a one-stop National Resource Centre for the prevention
and treatment of kidney disease
In line with this vision, NKF has set-up a dedicated Resource
Centre in Petaling Jaya to cater to the needs of the public on
matters related to the kidneys and kidney disease.
Mission
 To
save lives through preventive education and early detection
of kidney disease, while providing a second chance through
haemodialysis for those suffering from end stage renal failure
 To promote organ donation, kidney transplant and medical
research into kidney diseases;
 To ensure the continued good health and well-being of our
patients through a holistic care concept.

- Dialysis Assistants course
- Renal Nursing Post Basic course
- All NKF dialysis centres are fully licensed by the Ministry
of Health Malaysia

Conclusion
• No matter how much awareness you have
created, its never seems enough.
• Hope that relevant NGOs and association to
