Location International Sports Club Jakarta (ISCI) Program Saturday May 3rd 2014 The tournament starts at 9 am. All teams will play (4 matches can be played at the same time) to try and reach the finals. For children and spouses an activity program is set up near the soccerfield and swimmingpool (all day). Around noon a lunch break starts where a warm meal is served to everyone. During this break the kids have a soccer-­‐clinic. After lunch all teams participate in the finals and there will be awards for every team. The tournament ends around 5pm with the awards ceremony. In the evening, starting at 7pm, there will be a tournament after-­‐party at Eastern Promise Pub & Restaurant Participants 10 expatriate teams from Jakarta & 10 expatriate teams from around South East Asia, plus of course families and supporters! The tournament in short After last year’s great success, BuGils FC will be hosting its 2nd BuGils Soccer Sixes tournament in May 2014. BuGils Soccer Sixes will be comprised of all-­‐day soccer playing, promoting fun & friendship in the spirit of sportsmanship. Players and their families will be able to enjoy all the facilities at ISCI (International Sports Club of Indonesia), a catered lunch & bar. Children will be able to participate in multiple activities specially designed for them. There will be up to 200 expatriate players with teams from in and outside of Indonesia, making the competition an excellent opportunity for many to compete as well as to strengthen the ties among the soccer community in Southeast Asia. The BuGils Soccer Sixes will be a tournament with a great mix of competition, friendship and quality family time. This event is more than a soccer tournament; it’s a soccer party for all! About BuGils FC Established in 2002, BuGils FC is one of the 11 teams in the Jakarta International Football League (JIFL). The team originates from the once famous and now closed expat hangout BuGils in Taman Ria Senayan and is now based at Eastern Promise in Kemang. The team lives up to its roots as a pub team week in week out and tactics are normally discussed over beers until the wee hours of the night before a game. It must be said that FC BuGils is not the most successful team in the league but as said, all players stand their own in the 3rd half in the pub. Age and football skills are deemed not to be overly important proven by the fact that the oldest player has over 50 years of football experience and that at least one other considers watching football instruction videos on YouTube qualifies as training! Participation is at participants’ own risk and participants are responsible for arranging their own medical insurance. On-­‐site first aid facilities are provided by Global Assistance, any off site treatment or evacuation cost incurred will be born by the participant or his / her insurer. Food & Beverages !
Cooled water is provided throughout the tournament at water stations around the field, free of charge !
As there will be chilled beers and other beverages sold during the tournament at very reasonable prices at the BuGils Bar, kindly note that cooler boxes with own beverages are not permitted to be brought to the ISCI !
The participants’ lunch is included in the teams’ registration fees !
Families and supporters can eat from the buffet (one serving) for IDR 92,400 for adults and IDR 51,975 kids !
ISCI also has an A la Carte Restaurant Competition format !
Teams need to bring their own football kits (if there is a clash of colours bibs will be provided) !
Warming-­‐up and tournament balls will be provided by organizers !
A rules brief and final schedule will be sent to participating teams after the registration deadline !
Each team consists of max 10 players of which six are on the pitch, including one goalkeeper. !
Duration of game is 14 minutes (no halves) !
Four groups of 5 teams each with after the round-­‐robin the top 2 teams from each group advancing to the Cup Competition, teams 3 & 4 from each group advance to the Plate Competition and the last team from each group going to the Bowl Competition !

All players, family members and supporters will be able to use the facilities provided by ISCI eg. tennis, squash , swimming pool, sauna etc !
A supervised playground with bouncy castle and many kids activities will be available all day Party Especially for the overseas teams we organize a Friday night pub-­‐crawl in a local “Kopaja” bus. These monster busses are often compared to cookie tins on wheels powered by chainsaws and BuGils FC has several of these trips a year starting in the South and going up to the wild North of the city. The bus and some beers on board are sponsored by the organization. There will be a tournament after-­‐party on the Saturday night; enjoy the famous Eastern Promise curry & roast buffet, happy hour beer all night with the first beer for free, band & sexy dancers Accommodation Teams are entire free to arrange their own accommodation but to make it easy the organization has arranged three alternative hotels for overseas teams, all within walking distance to FC BuGils local, Eastern promise Bar & Restaurant in Kemang, South Jakarta (and also not overly far away from the pitch) The below are indicative prices and rates are based on single/twin/double occupancy, including breakfast and including tax and service: !
