DESCRIPTION
Swan's interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms, including a two-level master
suite, 2 double cabins, 2 twin cabins and 1 convertible VIP cabin on the sky lounge .
SWAN has been has been constructed to accept a helicopter and also an elevator, small
modification are required to complete either.
She features Zero Speed Stabilisers.
She’s powered by 2 x MTU 12V4000 M60 that allow her to reach a max speed of 16knots and
a cruise speed of 15knots.
LAYOUT
The Master Suite is located on Main Deck forward, full beam with walk in closets, His & Hers
baths, private office and lounge. Four Guest Staterooms are located on the Lower Deck
midships.
The VIP cabin is convertible to a massage/spa room and located on the bridge deck next to
the sky lounge. The VIP head also features a steam room.
The crew quarters consist of 7 cabins forward with over/under berths.
The Captain's Cabin is located on Bridge Deck aft of the Pilothouse, followed by the Sky
Lounge and an aft deck with dining and seating area.
The Sun Deck has a Jacuzzi forward with sunbathing area, followed by a bar, dining area, and
lounge chairs aft. A custom disco lighting and sound system has been built for the sun deck.

2016 REFIT WORKS
Antifouling with complete sanding of the bottom and application of primers and paint.
AC system maintained including overhauled sea water pumps, chillers and heat
exchangers.
All fan coils and ducting inside the boat has been dismounted, cleaned, remounted and
insulation changed.
Shafts has been dismounted and stern tubes seals changed.
Propellers has been dismounted, cleaned, balanced checked and painted.
All thru-hull valves have been dismounted, clean, press tested and remounted or changed
if necessary.
All boat tanks have been emptied and pressure cleaned.
Black, grey, bilge, fresh water and dirty oil tanks has been additionally sand blasted and
painted.
Naiad stabilisers have been dismounted maintained and seals changed.
All pumps have been dismounted, taken apart, maintained and remounted – piping has
been changed where needed.
All 4 generators (including emergency) has been maintained and injectors changed.
Windlasses, capstan has been dismounted, overhauled, bearings and seals changed as
required.
Shore power converter serviced.
Main engines will be serviced after sea trial, including heat exchangers and borescope.
All FFA/LSE annuals are undergoing.
