Forever friends

Leaving middle school and going
into high school is going to be
hard. It’s a new school, there’s
harder work and requires more
independence. But one of the
hardest things is probably leaving
your friends. You’ve made many
new friends ever since the first
day of middle school and you
have made many memories with
them throughout the years. But
now middle school is coming to
an end and you’re off to high
school. You and your friends have
to go to different high schools.
You won’t be able to see them
everyday like you usually do in
school. You won’t be as close
to them as you were in middle
school. Then you’ll make new
friends at your school and you
won’t be close to your old friends
anymore. But you should stay
close with your old friends. You
should cherish your friends. They
are important people who care for
you, and people that are always
there for you. They give you a

6th grade is going to camp Erdman and doing life net. The most memorable moment I had in 8th grade
is going to the Big Island for band. – Anita
7th grade year was the advanced band trip to California. It was when the band played a concert
at Disneyland and we went to many fun places. I rode my first rollercoaster there and I was
really scared. It was very fun! – Melody
Going to Ice Palace in 7th grade. Lots of people were great skaters while some slip and fall like me. Every time
I reach the blocked practice area I try to cut across with about 2 falls instead of having to go around the
entire rink. – Katriel
When I was playing volleyball and then when I bent down my pants ripped. My gosh it was so

Was the Talent show when I was in the 7th grade. Me and my friend Lau

of sliding across the ice and cool air touching my skin. It
was were I met friends that later became like a family to
me, and where I accomplished something I never thought I

Was in my 8th grade year when I got to be a junior leader at Camp
Erdman and some of the kids referred to me as “sir”. – Joshua
When my friend ate a chili pepper and drank too much water. We gave her a candy, then she

Camp Erdman, it was awesome because we all stayed up late and everyone in my cabin was scared.
Plus I slept in between two snoring people and my partner kicked me off our bed. – Kelsie
Was a pixie stick fight in 7th grade. I brought some pixie sticks to school and during recess we
had a pixie war and my friend nimai had poured a lot of pixie stick powder in my hair and dyed
my head blue for about 4 days. – Celeste
