Remote Guarding
Advances in camera, sensory and access control
technology — along with increased bandwidth
and communication tools — have radically changed

plant in Buffalo can be monitored by a
highly-trained officer at the headquarters
in Baltimore, who can dispatch local
responders with the touch of a button.

an off-site officer can conduct a full
video-tour of a facility, make security
announcements and manage access
controls for employees and visitors.
The same officer can complete logs and
file reports traditionally performed on-site.
While Remote Guarding may seem like
an obvious solution for low-activity posts,

Mobile Guarding
In situations that require an on-site presence for at least
some key tasks, Mobile Guarding may be an effective answer.
Typically, a Mobile officer will check in
on the facility a predetermined number
of times — at random intervals — and be
in the vicinity to respond. All inspection
results are reported online and can be
accessed by our clients in real-time.
While Mobile Guarding can fit a wide
variety of situations, it is the ideal answer
for a number of specific needs:
• Monitoring factory equipment,
warehouses, or other facilities
that may need nightly inspection.

Responding to alarms – using
Mobile Guarding as a first response
eliminates false-alarm costs from
local law enforcement.
