What are your personal and financial qualifications to approve as
a candidate for a franchise?
Personal: We are actively seeking individuals with a high level entrepreneural spirit and desire
to succeed. A vision and plan on developing a strong team with future intent to become a
multi-unit operator. Although restaurant experience would be a plus, it is not a must.
Financial: Minimum Net Worth of $175,000 with a minimum in liquid assets of $75,000.
What does it cost to open a Rio Wraps?
Initial investment will range between $135,000
and $215,000.
Do you offer financing?
No, however our team can direct you towards various
institutions we have had prior experience with.
What is your franchise fee?

What are your Royalty Fees?

What are your advertising fees?
A crowded Rio Wraps during an event
Our current contract calls for a 4% advertising fee.
This fee currently is being used directly by our franchisees specifically for their individual stores.
What is the typical size of a Rio Wraps?

Do you assist with the site selection?
Yes, our experienced Real Estate Team will assist you in both your pursuit of a qualified site
as well as your lease negotiation.
How long will it take to open a Rio Wraps?
Approximately four to six months from securing a site.
How will I learn to run my restaurant?
All stores are required to participate in our extensive two week Management Certification
Training Program held at our corporate training location. Once open we will also have our
Training Team assist you during your first two weeks of operation.

Some would say it’s the sizzle not the steak that drives
customer traffic. We don’t... We believe it’s the sizzle and
the steak! As you have previously read, Rio Wraps’ is all
about quality, freshness and a unique dining experience.
Our restaurants also emphasize a clean and entertaining
decor and dining room package. Our color scheme offers a
comfortable tone to the dining experience, with a nice compliment of latin background music for effect.
The Rio Wraps’ signage and identification package,
although self defining, exhibit a unique, colorful and
pronounced image, easy to identify to both new and existing customers. The “Jose Jalapeño” Character and Pepper
Symbols incorporated into our Logo help to further define
and emphasize the type and style of the foods we offer. The
heavy use of our proprietary Pepper Characters and multicolored menu boards adds to an already fun, light and
upbeat atmosphere.
Our operational design is one which allows for a great
deal of volume capacity in a small amount of square footage. The line is set up to accommodate constant movement on both the customer side and employee side without
confusion and delays. Adequate queuing space is critical
to the operational flow. Speed of service is second to none
as our operational procedure keeps customers both
currently being served and those in line constantly moving.
Menu boards are user friendly, clearly defined and easily
readable. Well defined categories make the decision making
process simple and quick. Finally, our storage and preperation capacity is carefully measured and designed in each
store making for a quick and seamless transition in the
replacement of empty pans, therefore not interrupting the
operational flow of the line.

“Rio Wrappers” take each patron through a guided tour enroute to the perfect wrap! The Rio Wrap menu offers
an eye popping display of portion size and presentation second to none. In today’s competitive fast food
industry we find ourselves alone in our self created niche. A unique alternative to the standard deli fare, and a
quality value oriented twist over other Tex Mex, south of the border concepts. Our Southwestern Grill offers our

We proudly prepare our proprietary sauces, salsa’s, and fresh vegetables on a daily basis. Our meats are
carefully marinated and seasoned for 24 hours prior to char-grilling to a tasteful and healthy final flavor. Our
tortillas are cholesterol free and offer a bouquet of choices including Flour, Honey Wheat, Tomato Basil and
Garden Spinach. Our packaging is designed to keep our hot foods hot and our cold foods cold. For those taking
their food to go, our Rio Wrap lunch bags make for an easy and convenient alternative to lunch on the run.
