All assets are offered for sale ‘as is where is’ with no warranty or guarantee whatsoever save as to good title.
Grekor Srl will be responsible for dismantling all machines from mains services and for the removal of any toxic or hazardous materials in or associated with the assets for sale.
Dismantling and Removal of the assets will be at the cost of the buyer, who must use a dismantling contractor with a thorough understanding of Italian Health & Safety Regulations.
All plant and equipment is sold in accordance with CJM Asset Management’s
General Conditions of Sale for Sale By Negotiation as posted at www.cjmasset.com

Introduction
Grekor Srl, a leading manufacturer of high quality roll formed cladding materials, has decided to close it’s facility in
Fonzaso, Northern Italy and have appointed CJM Asset Management to sell the manufacturing equipment as a whole.
Grekor have a reputation for producing high quality cladding for a wide range of construction and architectural purposes and
customers included Fiat Auto, Fiumicino Airport, Milan Freeway East, Audi Milan and many more.
The Company have developed a particular expertise in roll forming very hard aluminium alloys (3000 series) using 2 State of the Art
36 Stand Roll Forming Lines. These Lines roll Aluminium, Mild and Stainless Steel, Copper and Aluzinc in polished, painted and
coated format and in a number of different profiles, with or without anti condensation and acoustic membranes.
A third Roll Forming Line supplied by Cosmal in 2010 is dedicated to the production of 20/52 Solar, an innovative and versatile
backing plate for all types of photovoltaic solar panel, allowing secure fastening to roof sheets without penetrating the roof sheet using
a patented fastening system.
Grekor have a deserved reputation for the architectural bending of cladding sheets and have developed an Omag Pol 35 for this
purpose. There is also a Cavani & Goldoni Hydraulic Forming Press for specific applications and a number of small pieces of
equipment.
The Directors are seeking offers for the whole of the equipment, together with the customer lists, patents etc either for the purchaser
to remove elsewhere or to buy/lease the existing premises.
