We recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment time. This will allow time to relax prior to
your service.
Feel free to arrive earlier to enjoy a steam or sauna for your enhanced
comfort and relaxation, and please be sure to drink plenty of water.
All spa treatments and fitness appointments are reserved especially
for you, so please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel
or reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the
service will be applied to your Member account.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all services.
Where applicable, a 6% sales tax will apply. All pricing and services
are subject to change without notice, and are subject to Member’s
completion of applicable documents.
Members must be at least 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment.
Spa services are scheduled for your pleasure and comfort level, so
please notify your Spa Specialist of any discomfort or preferences
during your service.
Spa services will be charged to your Member account. Please present
any gift certificates, vouchers or discount cards at the time you
check-in for your spa services.
