approach to health and beauty solutions, addressing each comprehensively.
We offer a wide range of services, and are continuously striving to take your visit
at The Woodlands to the next level. Staff includes technically and artistically
trained stylists, and spa technicians that are certified experts in skin and body
care. Whether you are looking for a local escape or are here only for a visit, we are
always willing to accommodate your needs. We have express services for that
time in between meetings, and special occasion packages for that important
day. We hope to address the direct connection between health and beauty,

how to spa
1. What should I wear to the spa?
Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and slippers.
2. When should I arrive for my spa services?
If this is your first time at Alexander’s please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself
time to check in, change, and familiarize yourself with our facility.
3. What if I have special health concerns?
Please be sure to notify our staff before booking your treatments if you have high blood
pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, or if you are pregnant.
4. Should I shave before my treatments?
It is recommended that you shave at least 24 hours or more before facials or body treatments
to avoid irritation.
5. What if I am late for my appointment?
We will do whatever we can to accommodate you, but your treatment will end on time so
that the next client is not delayed or kept waiting.

Spa Salt Scrub
Experience this luxurious exfoliating body treatment that will smooth, soften, and moisturize the skin. Essential oils are
added to help improve blood circulation and muscular aches. $80
Spa Body Wrap
Sea weed ingredients seep into your skin while you are wrapped in a warm cocoon of heated blankets. Your massage
therapist will then give you a relaxing aromatherapy scalp massage during the detoxifying process, which is then followed by a light moisturizing body massage. $65
Ear Candling
Candling has been used by Egyptians and Native Americans for centuries to remove pressure in the sinuses and ears to
improve balance. A hollow ear candle is gently placed into the ear while the other end is lit. The resulting smoke helps
to dry out fluids and acts as a vacuum to remove excess wax. $40

Appointments are not always necessary.
All clients under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
We strongly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel an
appointment, as a courtesy to our other clients, please advise us twenty-four hours in advance
to avoid being charged for the scheduled treatment or service.
All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen
gift certificates, however we will do whatever we can for you in these circumstances. Gift
certificates and spa checks purchased from our Wilkes Barre location are only redeemable at
that location. Thank you for your cooperation.
If you are booking our special events suite, a bridal party or any other parties of two or more, a
credit card number is required to hold the treatment and or services that you have requested.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to our staff at your discretion.
We provide tip envelopes at our check out desk for your convenience.
